Don't worry regarding Hl... I've contacted the finacial Ombudsman.. they advised we can't but a claim in untill after 8 weeks from the event we should have received shares.. tick tok they don't have long before compensation will be claimable and solicitors on their backs.

I'm filing with the financial Ombudsman next week. Will update accordingly. They have a good success rate with this sort of thing apparently.

As HL acting as a broker don't give us our shares and try blaming someone else I personally will be taking them to court.

The reason for the delay is due to the fact that we received the new shares in DRS format. This format is unable to be settled and traded in CREST, the UK settlement system, meaning that we have had to initiate a transfer to HSBC and then from HSBC to CREST. This is a lengthy and extensive process which is largely reliant on our third parties internal processes, but this matter is being prioritised and we are working hard to get this completed.

If we keep getting positive news over the next 6-12 months which I do expect, the market can't keep down the share price it's impossible. There will simply be a huge gap up or gradual rise to its true market value. So sit and hold tight and we will all see the fruits sooner or later I'm sure.

If this share was still on the AIM it would be raining gold on the last few news updates.. the NASDAQ just seems to suck the life out of any good news. I don't know what else MDIA can do to shift the price upwards other than to give it to the USA on a silver platter..

I've told HL to expect legal proceedings shortly and will be seeking legal advice on the matter. Will keep all updated.

I'm doubtful I'll even see my shares again at this rate. Our shares have clearly been naked shorted and basically aren't there to issue at the price promised. Why brokers aren't protecting its investors better is beyond a joke. There is surely a third part Ombudsman that can look into this for us...

In theory shorts should have been pushed out now which is good. As to a gap up, we need volume and movement in the right direction.. it won't happen over night but positive over the next few weeks we will see upwards growth of some magnitude. I really wish they delayed the contract news though to next week but hey ho. The company is just getting starting on its PR in the USA so its only up from here.. you'll see 10 dollars in no time I'm sure.

Of course it's deliberate.. from the research I've gathered. Yes naked shorting my have taken place however, with the delay (deliberately) from UK shareholders shares being issued, shorts have been able to borrow our shares. All makes sense. Wouldn't surprise me if they have oversold shares right now (our shares) and hence needed a placing to pay us back.

They advised me they don't have a time frame.. HL told me weeks not months though.. so who knows. Does it matter anyway ? No one in the UK will sell at this price at a 50-70% loss. The company needs to get its sh*t together as we've been played here massively. Fingers crossed they day will come...
