It's all about the the data
Presumably the information received back from base stations will enable Deepverge to indicate to government areas at risk of outbreak? This would be serving a secondary function than simply indicating pass/fail to user. It would also enable tracking of individual against each base station used and would help track in spread of virus.
Such capabilities would nicely complement outbreak monitoring at level of sewage.
This just gets more and more interesting...
Abbott and sd biosensor; nothing to do with Skin ?
Is this about skin or another company
The news really does paint a bleak picture for the world going forward due to this virus and the psychological effects are becoming more and more of a concern as people struggle with the restrictions. Im looking forward to the future testing results from Aberdeen, it would be good to trial it in some hospitals and universities. Test results in under a minute and a passport to normality. Excellent.
Coronavirus: New global test will give results 'in minutes' https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-54331921
YHi dasbig. You ask what causes 'delayed trades'.
I may be wrong but .. I think the original logic was to avoid a disorderly market which may follow news of a massive trade.
That kind of makes sense if the news is released when people can put it in context and take a moment to understand it. Like lunchtime when we're all in the pub and the market is quiet, or after the closing bell. However, that's not how it's working. Bit like hand ball , offside, wo'eva. Someone thought they was a good idea guv. Rules needs work. Murphy's attempt to make the system work better .. unless you know different?
I noticed a post on my Facebook today of someone I know asking how long it takes to get the NHS antibody test results back. Some people were replying up to a week or more. Others then chipping in asking how much it is etc etc. I wonder how they would feel if they knew they could potentially get a test done for £2-3 (after buying the breathalyser) at your local chemist for example, and wait a couple of minutes for the results.
Also, with the risk of sounding biased, I would certainly buy a £20 breathalyser and pay a few quid to know that we can safely visit my partner's grandmother. We currently can't because our little ones have gone back to pre-school and so mixing with all the germs, and she's 89 and so very worried about catching it.
I'm invested here initially because I liked the idea of the skin product to avoid animal testing, which is only going to be a growing market with the way the world is going. But this breathalyser product is such a great idea. It also shows how quick thinking and reactive this company is. To have a working prototype out so soon, and also with the ability to change cartridges to test other viruses etc (did I read that right?) there's great scope for sales.
I was surprised by the dip last week, but apart from that feel like I've made a safe long term investment here.
Hurraaah for Integumen/DeepVerge
They seem onboard with this way of testing. Should be good for us.

uk.advfn.com , then "trades most recent" dropdown ... then one of the options will show you actual times ... normally the second option in the dropdown. In my opinion you can't glean anything from a late trade

Speedic - One place you can look is above this chat, on the "SKIN Share Trades" icon. That will show them, eventually.
Can someone tell me where you can see the buys and sells even during after hours?
E_AL, looks like it, what actually causes a late trade like that? Could it be a delayed trade when price was higher and just not logged, or a trade averaged over a period of time?
After hours chunky buy

Muggins...has as been stated many times re funding, the consortium will all have a part to play in that and if skin need to fund at the start of 2021 it will because of mass orders in the pipeline. Complete imbeciles like you go on about funding as if it is an issue. No small caps grows to mid cap without funding but there are many vehicles for funding when mixed with large consortium's and when orders are attached to the reason of funding, it matters not. So you keep banging your deluded and infantile drum about funding as more news comes through between now and early 2021 and the SP is much, much higher. You're not invested anyway, so carry on being just a typical lse bb ****** that thinks he knows it all, when you know fa.
Trades made by a computer that only dogs can hear... ;-)
Pilgrim - sorry to hear that the lobotomy has not gone well. Any idea how SKIN will fund itself?
Small trades are through a trading platform called "freetrade". They happen on many stocks. Nothing to do with MM codes...
Ok. Holding on tight. What do you know that others have still to learn.
Hold tight ;)
Thanks. Makes sense. Gl
