Still nothing filed with Companies House as of 9.48am today
Companies house discontinued First Gazette compulsory strike off ,within literally hours of issue, suggests other problems holding the release of Results.
GLA,
PJ is a disqualified director as regards a VAT matter a few years back
Yes although the RNS merely refers to the event, an objective statement if you like.. it doesn't actually go onto give any information to explain WHY the FRC may be involved.. comments welcome
The auditors would have signed off on the FRC rns
Can't help wonder if the auditors are happy with the accounts why the FRC involved?
I don’t know about FRC workload, but I am expecting results to be published in March 2021 and sooner rather than later. The auditors are happy with the accounts, so we should be across the line soon
Maybe Companies house can see how much it will re rate and are concerned about the amount of money us LTH will make.HAHA
Now back to living, see you tomorrow. GLA
Great minds...
Mr pym certinaly is busy according to the active roles he's involved in.
I believe so.
No accounts filed at Companies House (just checked), dragging their feet now.
Is pj a disqualified director?
bloody time do you call this?????? my rolax says 1230pm
Still nothing on Companies House
GP did say a few RNS back he was going to turn his attention to the balance sheet, must have been in a real buggers muddle, presumably the auditors refused to sign off until all aspects had been cleared. Let’s hope this is the last of the skeletons , and only growth is the forward concentration for the group .GLA
Any reference to FRC and accounts will be examined with a fine tooth comb. We will come through this, but as you say maybe a further delay
Still nothing filed with Companies House. Could be a while yet by the look of things, for shortly I guess read within a month or thereabouts maybe...
12.15 today Ian? :-
Update and Monday 8 am reinstatement would suit me , give time over the weekend to digest and laugh or cry on the out come.
Quite relaxed about the wait.GLA
Dam that guy at the street corner. I told my girlfriend it wasn't a real ROLAX.......
Think Ian’s clock may have stopped :-

Why the obsession with 12:15?
If you read the RNS again they only said "We now hope to finalise the Annual Report next week and file with Companies House.".....note "we hope to", might be worth checking out Companies House next?
Well 1215pm today :-)
Today 1215pm????????
Sjh has been transformed with 4 growth businesses. When financials are published, we will know where we are re profits. Advice have said before the 2019/20 accounts are likely to be ugly. What I am most looking forward to is the h1 report and comments re profitability of latest trading.
