Good to see the company back. Im not clear exactly when they transferred the payments business....need to read the RNS and Report again....this was sucking out money. Good they have exited this. Wonder what the cash position of the business is....if they need money I wouldnt be surprised if they "Kitchen Sink" all the news at once. That said they did their own raise to get some cash in.
Like the idea of getting the dross out of the way a day early, letting everybody forget about 18 month old results, before hitting the market with a stonking set of H1 results,it’s called concentrating the mind on the last information. YIPPEE.GLA
If we can get back that 840k then it would look better.
Im not going to look to year end result. Well said greybadger its past now. Just going to see half year results tomorrow finally
Jacko still a thorn in the side though not releasing monies from philite. How is he still getting away with that?
How close to the cliff edge were we , no wonder it took a year to sort this lot out ,hopefully this draws a line under the past .
Now all depends on H1 results, waiting with anticipation!!!!!!
At least we will be back tomorrow
Maybe some of the more intellectual members will be able to pick through these accounts and give me a clue... GL and here's to tomorrow :-)
Yup should be trading tomorrow. Question remains at what value? Can't get much lower than it is surely?
Are back in town......
Ramp away GB, it's not as if anyone could be buying any at the moment is it?
Was hoping we get a cheeky 3pm Friday end of suspension RNS that would panic MMs etc etc but not to be, so we continue to await events. It's been a long Winter, hopefully SJH will make the Spring really worth waiting for next.
WISE formally Transferwise is in exactly the same space as we are allbeit far bigger is considering a £4/5 billion IPO to strengthen the balance sheet, all this after a few years.
You never know “from acorns do might Oaks grow.” When considering the growth which has been reported over the past 6 months.
Hope I don’t appear to be ramping ,but the potential is clearly there for a rosy future.GLA
Results 2019/20 ,H1 figures 2020/21, Results 2020/21 .(unaudited). Would really give an insight to how the business is performing.
I see Pollinate have a £50 ml war chest to buy into small fintech businesses on behalf of RBS/ Nat west and others ,to give banks a platform to compete with the likes of Worldpay in the merchant payments processing sector.
£30mil of that for payments side of our business (ie£7 a share ) with us retaining St Frances and the lottery business for the expected future growth would suit me . Dream on!!!!!!!!!!!! GLA
Looks like another month may slip by in the darkness. This may not be a bad thing, as it will bring the h2 accounts for 20/21 closer. When we relist, it will be better if sjh in a new profitable dawn. What we need is profitable trading, not promises. So if compounding continues, we will hit this point or have already hit this stage. Then we can get the bottles out
£1.50 would still see me under water! Fingers crossed those books stand up even better than that then!!
Ian,
Not a bad call actually:
SJH

SJH

I need that new villa in Mauritius!!!!!!
See you tomorrow. Have a great day all.
Still nothing filed with companies house, how long will this take?
Frightening possibilities, just a quick comparison, and SJH with no loans ,cash in bank, increasing revenue , all we need is relisting after results, GLA
That is the $64 million question. In the trading updates, we have seen phenomenal compound growth. Hopefully the current trading is showing good profits
Interesting to see another AIM share that was suspended pending publication of accounts restored today and No1 gainer up 200%, wonder what SJH might do when it comes back?
Torure is par for the course. Been in this share through highs and low's. Maaged to buy my ROLAX with the winnings. Well that's nearly 11 o clock by my watch........ GL
:)
Nothing showing on Companies House as at 13:45 today
