Steady on yayay. I'm not that old. LoL!
Is there life on Mars?
ATB, R.
These aren't recent bones. They might have been here for thousands of years. Any life here cannot be historic, pre-historic far more likely.
50k sold today.
Wonder when the review will be complete. Or is that buying time.
🐕💩
I think that's the first time ever that not a single Scotgold share was traded.
The story about the gold pour on the company's linkedin page a couple of weeks ago drew a couple of comments about Scotgold owing them thousands and not paying their bills.
The comments were subsequently removed.
Were they true? Are they still true? Or were the comments written by troublemakers?
Who is to say?
Will having had £8k left in the bank shortly be viewed as the good old days? How many lorries are turning left out the mine these days? Or is it right?
George before betting on how high the share price would go, it might be prudent to bet on whether they’ll be a company to have a price first. What’s the odds on suspension, administration and frozen share price to restructure the business? I’d take a punt on that perhaps
As for the people MIA. It’s relevant as they were some of the largest proponents of the scheme and now appear to have abandoned ship. Which tells its own story.
2 to 1 or evens to get back to £1? Very poor odds at the moment, no?
Material uncertainty, continuation entirely dependent on ore and grades, the constantly poor cash position, wrecked credibility and so on.
IF the report (still don't know who is doing it or when it is due for completion) maps out a viable route forward to full production (LOL!!!!!) and phase 2 (LOL!!!!!) then maybe a decent rise will be on the cards. Any other conclusion and they've pretty much already told us it's curtains.
Good Morning Andrew. The whereabouts of tb I do not know tis immaterial really. Mr Day was an Ozzy from Oz so he went back. It's all distraction if you think about it. When things start to quieten down like they are and they are indeed looking for staff you have to just watch the SP. Give me your prediction of SGZ getting back to £1 say 2 to 1 maybe evens ?
Are the market makers expecting a positive announcement on Monday or was it some sort of updating anomaly?
Odd given the dearth of directors and others ;-) hoovering them up at these bargain prices.
Where is tb? why did the ceo cut and run? why the review if its going well? i think the fat lady is on the last verse imho
That saying springs to mind here I don't know why ?
It reminds me of something.... Hired by the very ones who don't know they'll be bagged. Like pigs feeding themselves up for slaughter. Or try this... wilkinson on verge of administration but hundreds of jobs on offer. won't be the first or last....

" A Wonderful story" BP
Lets not dupe too many others into investing eh.

We’re looking for more staff again.
If that means we can afford to keep the lights on and pay them, great news.
Staff hires, promotions, gold pours ….it might not be all over after all.

While looking back, might aswell look forward. Anyone know what the date is for completion of the "review"
A trip down memory lane

They told us about the previous on 17th May so it looks like they are upping the frequency.
And with the new technology fully implemented and working perfectly by the end of September LOL allowing even more of our most valuable product to be produced on site the fat lady might have to look for her gig elsewhere.
"an upgraded, fully automated gravity circuit is being commissioned to increase Scottish Gold doré production on site. The circuit is expected to be fully commissioned Q3 2023"
Always expected to happen. Never just done. Expected to do this, expected to do that. Heard it all before. 20 odd million in debt ago.
"More of the premium quality product sounds good to me."
It sounded good 13 years ago too.
With this from last month’s RNS -
An upgraded, fully automated gravity circuit is being commissioned to increase Scottish Gold doré production on site. The circuit is expected to be fully commissioned Q3 2023.
- all might not be lost. More of the premium quality product sounds good to me.
Telling us how much was poured would have been good though. It’s unlikely shareholders would have been disappointed given the egg cup sized amount poured at the first one after years of waiting.
Traditionally a gold pour here signals the start of many poor sods investing their hard earned to keep the lights on. Followed by many months of misery as a reward. Brace yourselves. Those buttons might pay for a new drill bit! Highly unimpressed.
Would be more impressed by a proper business plan than a pretty picture of how proud they all are over their abject failure.
Are Scotgold trying to impress investors with the latest Gold pour? https://twitter.com/scotgoldresltd/status/1687137796467695625?s=46&t=qht--npDcBB8UT1QDL-v-A
I don't recall seeing much in the way of showing us the gold, you'd think they could come up with a good pile of it, unless they haven't managed more than a few ounces at a time!
At least there's more than one button! LoL!
If things get better, then 13p to buy could turn out to be a good speculation!
As Baz would say, "Look on the Fife side!"
