Cyans in the doo doo LMFAO! !! Well said Swifty.
Ok Swifty. Look forward to the accounts and some news on those 4 billion barrels in waiting. Good luck
iwait a few weeks then i will update x
Good afternoon swifty I think you are mistaking me for SUPERSHARE who claimed it was a FACT that SER had a nomad. Care to comment on the substance of what i have posted. Anything you think inaccurate there? Here's an article on BPC from a couple of years ago but does contain useful numbers on COS. hTTp://www.theel1tetrader.com/2014/04/bahamas-petroleum-brief-respite.html
interesting chat cyan2, ur in the doo doo i believe
Talk about shameful ramping, BMD takes the star prize; http://guerillainvesting.co.uk/2015/07/10/sefton-resources-we-have-a-new-way-forward/ extract; "We, unlike the barefaced liars and pump & dumpers, do not hide behind lies. We tell it as it is. We are here to make money. It’s called the Stock Market. Any changes on Sefton, could involve bringing in further assets from the Bahamas if the Indonesian deal fails to complete. Assets that we are actively negotiating. That moment may or may not arrive." ============================================================================ I find it very interesting that SUPERSHARE uses the '4 billion barrels number' Just like BMD did here; http://guerillainvesting.co.uk/2015/10/12/sefton-resources-i-accuse-allenby-capital-of-leaking-inside-information/ "......concerted smear campaign to thwart shareholders from installing a new board with new assets. Assets that are located in the Bahamas with a 4 Billion barrel recoverable resource potential." The company claiming to be sitting on 4 billion of barrels in the Bahamas is BPC http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2013-04-19/bahamas-expects-to-strike-oil-even-after-cuba-exploration-failed Extract ; "BPC is looking for a partner to raise at least $100 million to drill the country’s first exploration well in about 27 years. It holds five licenses covering more than 4 billion barrels of potential oil resources .." +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ There is no way BMD was bringing to SER BPC's 4 billion barrel 'assets' . This area is not an asset; its an interesting area which may, or may not have commercial have oil. What makes BMD completely ridiculous is that BPC was looking for a $100 million dollar partner. SER was never in a position to partner BPC and he knew that. To say they were actively negotiating was outrageous. That man will say anything.
That was disgraceful ramping of SER at the time. The share DID NOT ROCKET and is now delisted. He just kept ramping and ramping the share and he should be ashamed of himself. Posted as FACT that SER had a new NOMAD, when in fact this was not so.
Good afternoon Robert. I think one should remind people that the author of that piece containing the line "The fact is TEAM CLEM have a nomad " was SUPERSHARE. He also posted this extract on 7th October 2015 ; "......... I feel sorry for the people who might of panic sold because in the next few weeks this company is going places and it's SP will rocket ". I feel sorry for those who listened to SUPERSHARE.
"This was seized upon by supporters of the requistion" said Tom Winnifrith in his November article.. A perfect example is this post made on the LSE BB 30th September 2015 by a regular contributor. "The process of a change of Nomad for sefton is no different than any other company on the London AIM. To continuously bleat that there is no Nomad when the hand over with the new Nomad as announced in the RNS is under way is a dirty trick aimed at trying to undermine all share holders holding . The fact is TEAM CLEM have a nomad and you and the whole market KNOWS IT ! You are deliberately attempting damage this company and all share holders .You are doing this for your own agenda for personal spite because of your personal vendetta"
Teletubbies A Nominated Adviser. All companies quoted on the stock exchange must have a NOMAD. The NOMAD who did advise SER withdrew their services and the company were unsuccessful in finding a NOMAD who were prepared to act for SER. After the SER NOMAD advised they were withdrawing their services, the company had one month to find a replacement. The company were unsuccessful and the shares were subsequently delisted. In an article Nov 2015 Tom Winnifrith wrote: 10 November - At the request of convicted armed robber Daniel Levi on behalf of his client, market abuser Chris Oil, S.hare..P.rophets has removed the image linking to Oil's original article, in which he claimed his team would have a Nomad at the Sefton EGM. Oil categorically claimed that his requisition had the backing of a Nomad. This was seized upon by supporters of the requistion as proof that there was a Nomad and Allenby’s promise to resign if Chambers and Hodges joined the board was irrelevant.".. All of the above is factually correct.
