Can see this really motoring today and beyond
TR1 holder adding recently
Gas prices on the up
Currently more cash than cap is nuts
Simply has to rerate
GL & DYOR
It is, but every dog will have its day and if all is ging to plan, ours should be soon!
Just look to see if anything has happened since I last looked at Sdx and nothing, apart from the sp is lower. This company is a horror show
I have been in touch with William McAvock CFO who assures me that nothing material has changed since the last update. We seem to be still on course
Just a point of admin really, as the license technically expired in Sept, now extended to March. But better to have it than not!
A couple of small sales by twitchy PIS and the price drops 9%. Only on AIM!
If the Egyptian civil service is as efficient as ours who knows when this saga will complete !
If we read the recent update i would expect the following news soon, which if as indicated previously, would boost the share price...
Morocco - KSR-21 well update - The KSR-21 well, which was successfully drilled and tested in Q4 2023, has now been tied into existing infrastructure and will begin producing as soon as the expected government approvals are received, which are envisaged shortly. The Company will update shareholders as soon as production from this well has commenced.
Egypt - West Garb - the final closing date for the sale of these assets is now expected in the second half of January 2024 and confirmation of the $3.8 million payment which was meant to be paid "immediately".
Egypt - Price and timescale for the divestment of South Disouq, which has terms already "largely agreed".
Plus - Some news on next steps on the new strategy.
Assuming the divestments go as planned [and we have no reason to think they won't] there is no way the share price will be 4p this time next year.
Brill thank you
They have to pay the strike price
So that means that isbtbe price they are able to buy the shares or do they get the shares for free ?
The option strike prices are set out in the RNS.First one 4.5p
Just on the board options.
they vest in various tranches when certain market cap milestones are reached but do they have to pay for them at the strike price - so for example if the map cap is 12m (share price of circa 6p) do they get the option to buy at 4.5p (so effectively 1.5p free) or are they entirely free ie 6p??
Bod are not yet shareholders but we are !
Given the new ceo share price-related options, unlikely.
Of course, they don't really need them anyway.
Benchmark are fed up with undervaluation on AIM so selling up .Maybe SDX could do that
Hardly any volume last week - as we have a valuation of west G - anyone extrapolate what SD might go for? Seems to me SD is roughly worth circa 1.5 times west g so 10m dollars plus 6.9m for WG so 17m dollars or 13.5m pounds sterling?
Forgive me. I am invested quite heavily here also but haven't topped up here hence had both boards open.
Jeez!
Indeed I am. Apologies all :(. One of those days.
Looks like you are on the wrong board - this is oil and gas not metals !
I have just bought an additional £5000 in this Stock after making £10k profit on my GSK holding. I have done this to lower my average at a time when:
- The RSI is very low on all timeframes
- Director is purchasing more stock and providing confidence
- Listening to the youtube video and potential for rise in prices for copper
This is not investment advice as I probably wouldn't take the risk if I didn't already have shares which were stuck for some time.
For anyone interested the 187k sell is in fact a BUY
His statement was categorical so I don’t doubt it
Indeed, but you now hopefully see the silliness of making sure assurances!
