200k Black Trade from 11.22 at 7.25, looks like a sell, but I think it is a buy?
Chester, well I do fancy some news pretty quickly, which is why I thought CH cancelled Proactive until the OO over.
At this point I am surprised that we have not had communication from the Scancell management, sharing their combined delight at such a successful Open Offer. The only thing I can think of is that they are waiting until all shareholders are told what excess has been granted.
Could there be other reasons ?
Chester.
Good to see full ask paid and yes look forward to newsflow re.
Extent of scale back/TR1s/Avidmab deals/FPI Combo trial/LD appearance and any CH I/vs plus any other.
share holder positions RNS
BS, help please. What is a TR1 in this context?
Google is stuck on Land Registry entries.
Ivy,
Agreed and will be interesting now to see TR1s over the next few days.
No worries Bermuda you made many fair points.
It is good to get these TD reports as they give a much more independent view using standard pharma valuation techniques.
Plus of course they have access to much more info than individual PIs.
Then you need to overlay the market mechanics to get a particular validation in time.
Good to see a nice start this morning and sentiment appears positive and agree totally about the importance of the recent raise
yes which ties up perfectly with all my posts on the Subject of Dilution ............ "The Ip was theoretically diluted"

RE: Inan it's dilution22 Jul 2020 15:26
wrong TF ......... the market cap has grown so its not a smaller company ....... its a bigger company of which your shares have not fallen in value ... it just means more shares in issue ranked at the same value ....
now you could argue yes they have diluted the future profit or the IP .... but without the cash there is no profit or IP development ....so that is not a argument you can use .. as it relates to a prediction
you can spin it what ever way you wish ... fact is today !!!!! you have not Paper Value because of the cash raise . you have potentially made a capital gain if you can subscribe
Ivy,
lol - yes missed the 11.5p fully diluted figure completely.
Indeed. Much better not to be cash-strapped!
On the valuation, IIRC there is nothing in that for Covdity as it was deemed to be too early stage. That might change over the next couple of months.....?
Hi Bermuda,
You dont think it includes the CLNs.
I thought the 11.5p figure may have included them rather than just options to be fully diluted.
Likewise Bermuda, thanks.
MMs still taking 200k+ shares at 6.95, cannot buy.
Chelsea/AB124,
Correct.
Valuation has increased from £72.4 m to £83.7m to reflect additional cash and price reduced from 15.6p to 13.3p to reflect the new shares in issue, although I don't believe it includes the CLNs.
Despite the dilution and the reduction in target price, Scancell are in a much, much better place today than they were a month ago. I'd take the new valuation with £17m in the bank over the old one with cash running low any day.
To be honest that value of 13.3p bears no resemblance to what is going on which they do admit to ... as they have only put numbers to clinical ready product and even that is suspect as they have made no allowance for variables like efficacy ..
Bermuda, from what you say they've simply adjusted the target downwards to allow for the Dilution effect of the cashraise and the fact that the money's now on the Bal sheet? Otherwise no change?
"""Scancell has multiple likely catalysts over the coming year: including further AvidiMab collaborations, the start of the SCIB1 trial, and the initiation of enrolment of the first Moditope study."""
"s"
And the big question is whether sellers will move their expectations upwards too.
Bermuda,
Morning, wasn"t it 15.6p before??
Morning all.
Trinity Delta have now revised their valuation of Scancell to reflect the impact of the recent funding. It now stands at £83.7m - 13.3p per share. They don't appear to have changed forecasts for any products but have simply recalculated to reflect the additional cash in the bank and additional shares in issue. There also seems to have been some juggling re. unexercised share options although I haven't looked back at the last valuation to see how they treated share options.
