Its got nothing to do with incompetence, its the fact that our main asset is in a backward and corrupt Tanzania, they are making the best of a bad job. Everyone said the same about Neil Ritson, but if its wasn't for him this would have gone bust, Tullow drilled a duster pulled out gave their share of the asset to us and Aminex for free and Neil said continue drilling deeper, we did and made the Rovuma discovery.
Here we go….had their snouts in the trough and it’s time to bail out, what a joke of an outfit. This company is dead, who’s next to scarper? Place ya bets!
This is just Standard AIM behaviour though is it not! Chancers everywhere
So basically he has taken the money and run having been a complete failure
I am the same London. I have been saying for a while that this has become a lottery ticket. You don't expect to win but the rewards could be great. Unfortunately, the company has been run by a bunch of incompetents.
£2.48m Market Cap yet we have £3M on the way very shortly followed by another £10m, we have other assets plus future ventures looming, as Warren Buffet says when the share price is below a companies asset value, share price will eventually follow, imo, if those who bought in yesterday hold tight they will at least 10 bag.
Cant wait until the last bit of investment here has corroded away.
For the few £ that left from my investment here, I cant even be asked to sell. Not worth my time anymore.
AIM is rotten
Looks like Tom or his retained counsel are busy today
It's like wading through glue getting my posts and questions taken down? I'll try again..........Jetla,
have you an opinion on why specifically today there were quite a high volume of share sell trades post 8.38am between 27.5p and 27.65p?
Might need to apologise if it was 1.097????
I know what I paid Guru. We are looking back over a dozen years or so.
It never went to 1.97.The highest intraday was 1.2 - 1.27p before consolidation.
A bit overdone here. A few buys from the Board, expressing their confidence in SCIR future, wouldn't go amiss though.
Are you daft?? Disposals of shares is because the company is garbage, it’s not rocket science mate, give yourself a shake
Volume today 27,410,469
Avg. Volume 1,236,581
But still a few largish disposals? wonder why?
Well this is balancing out nicely eh? I’m sure the buyers are quids in today. TIT
Scirocco Energy plc is an investment company.
Over 7 months since last post top faller again today -29% but 28% spread .
Since April chart shows low of 0.3 at start of July . 0.57 by start of August 2023.
Lows were late October 2022 at 0.18p hope the company topped up .
My bep 1.025p
Yes, your right, around August 2017 the SP was 14p…let’s stop splitting hairs pal. Company is crap.
End up Even? You dreaming bud
Moving back up now, this will finish even, buyer making a killing.
8p average here, lost £59,000 over the last 13 years, off back to where my investment was always meant Revuma. Massive couple of weeks for AMINEX.
It’s been a long tedious road,
Adious.
Shares have never been 15p
I’ll say it again, 6 years ago this company was 15p, since then it’s done nothing but go downhill, that tells me the company is failing massively. The name of the game is to make the share price go up? Or am I wrong?
I bought my first load at 1.97p before 20:1 consolidation. That would make them 39.4p in today's money. It was expected to go up to at least 6p. That would be 120p todays money. You could say I am not too happy with my investment. Still I have stuck to the rule of not investing more than I can afford to lose fortunately.
All this means is the lucky people buying in now are going to make a lot of money over the next few days.
