Good spot - RNS announcement for AGM says... Shareholder approval of the Consolidation is being sought at the AGM and, subject to shareholder approval, the Consolidation is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 24 May 2018.
Minimal drop on lower volume than we have been seeing, just normal trading activity as I see it. It’s the AGM tomorrow, not actually consolidation day...possibly see that by weekend if everything is already in place.
dan1nat1 & chesh 1 day before the consolidation whats the latest with the trades, bid and ask have fallen Any reason why?
IMO jsmith, it's MM manipulation after that large 1.5m delayed, in accumulation phase now and trying to frighten people (PI's) into selling, Just a theory, and a conspiracy one at that.........! All the best (trust in your own research, and valuation of the co. in the future!)
Chesh, Any reason bid and ask have fallen as it was mainly buys today? Thanks
And it will now cost you 8.80p to buy in, go figure! manipulation at it's best.........! All the best (you got to hand it 'em in fairness!)
Large delayed 1.5m gone through from Friday close, kinda explains the all the buying and no progression in the SP......... Out of the way now, time to move :) All the best (should!)
All buys so far, the bid is already up...lets get 10p before the consolidation ;)
AGM on Wednesday, so the name change and consolidation won’t be far behind...possibly put us on a few more radars.
dizzy heights of double figures? next week................! All the best (looking good!)
The volume has been great this last few weeks! Buys are flying in today to, even though they look like sells due to the spread.
going to pop soon, quoting 8.965p to buy, MM's getting desperate All the best.
Looks very good as does 6month and 1, 2, 3, year charts, always a good indicator of which direction a share is going. For any one new to shares if the direction of travel is down probably best avoided, find one that is rising gradually and be patient . GLA.
To be honest mate I didn’t even notice the 1st RNS, looks like it was though.
Ken Wotten or Kevin Webster? :) just (not) been watchin Corrie..........! The other RNS, is just a share swap fund to fund? is it, can't be arsed to math it, to tired! All the best (we on up, and for good reason, PR push may not be necessary!)
KW is the man that runs the fund who’s buying last month started a little tree shake, as the mm’s played it to look like we were falling when in fact they just had an order to fill...you of all people must remember that ;) Do you think we hit resistance yesterday? Or do you think the mm’s has an order to fill, bearing in mind today’s RNS.
Who's KW? 10p sp by Friday, resistance at 9p will it breakthrough?
KW in for more, if that order is finished we could see 10p by Friday.
Trades at 8.64p are buys just below the mid made to look like a sell, Appleby I think that big order you wondered about is still being filled.
The RNS’s are confirming both deals have gone ahead, and the new level of investment the funds involved now hold (its increased they are the placement shares).
Anybody know what RNS is confirming? Also many sells today and sp has dipped despite all these big deals going ahead?
I Expected it to be several times that more like 10m shares , may show up in a few days . GLA
Hi PensionDeficit, IMO, Determining market size is all down to the achievable speeds and the ongoing costs for the service. If they are good enough they may be able to compete with the traditional ISP's, but if they are anywhere close it will be an absolute nobrainer for your average country bumpkin who is inclined to join the 21st century, let alone the other countries in the EU that this will become available to. I think there is lower hanging fruit in the EU and Australia where you can pick up customers for cheaper so I wouldn't expect there to be any procurements in the near future in the US. Plus, the satellites Im referring to are designed to service the EU. I think the share price will move dramatically based on potential when we get closer to the time. When these satellites make mainstream news its going to attract a more PI's and II's to the table and we will see the SP tick up. Im not heavily invested for the time being but may up my stake in a year or two before these big satellites come online. This latest batch of 20.5k customers are being bought for around 536 each. Good value in my book. Anyway, best of luck.
Thanks for the reply Hemingway. Looking at the accounts for the year to Nov 2017 revenue was 43.9m from 100,240 customers - a mixture of corporate & consumer accounts. Revenue (43.9m) divided by number of customers (100,240) = average income per customer 438.00. Based upon the Mail article there are around 20m homes on internet speeds of less than 2Mbps in Europe. Lets says over the next few years we become the market leaders with a market share of 15% e.g 3m customers. 3m customers paying 438 per annum gives significant revenue. However, of course, we have no idea what the company's fixed costs are and the variable cost associated with each customer to provide access and service. I'm assuming they will be looking at the US soon? regards PensionDeficit
110K buy. Nice one Appleby! haha
