No point trying to guess for the next 4-6 weeks, just sit back and know there is a shed load of fund money being invested.
Last three large trades of today on HL & 8.69, 8.69 & 8.50 listed as N/a these are buys?
lol, and now they're paying 8.59p, you beauty! I'd say get in now, but that would not be allowed.....! All the best (buy if you can!)
Your right dan1nat1, double figures (old money, I can call it that now) was defo on! Now though, a proper push to 12-14p (old money) is calling :) All the best (said I'd rabbit, or is that ramping? :)
Well with the new level of fund support we have and the announcement from yesterday I'm thinking 1.50 end May - Mid June. So 10p in today's terms, which we probably would have hit already had this deal at 8.5p not been being planned over the last weeks / months.
Jsmith is of course correct at 1.27, And dan1nat1, resistance is @9.12p currently, work your post consol May target out again! ;) All the best (lol's)
Yes but 11m of that was the directors sale to one of the funds.
def hope so The amount of volume from yesterday alone, surprised its not 9p now lol
def hope so The amount of volume from yesterday alone, surprised its not 9p now lol
Yes but I'm thinking we might be at 9p mid by the end of May ;)
based on average mid price of 8.5 sp x 15 would equal around 1.27 end of May?
And based on the amount of fund money coming in at 8.5p that must be our new support level. All looking good for 1.35 by the end of May ;)
Ok, understand that regards name change, and on consol, 600m shares is baby compared to some of me others :) I'll lol that one! but to get the SP in the pounds will gather more interest, for sure, and no real knock on for us with this one, Other dregs of AIM, would consol then raise funds even more, but the fact we're now raising at a premium tells of confidence and interest to me! This is a defo pivotal moment, not for next week, but for growth All the best (I'll start rabbiting soon, been up 17hrs now :)
I think the name change is significant as we broaden our product offerings away from satellite only solutions. For me the share consolidation could have waited another 12-18 months, but I expect this has been advised by the new fund investors and I am sure they know than me ;) Everything announced yesterday is pointing in the direction for us to really start seeing some new growth and we seem to be at a turning point on our investor profile as more funds start to take a piece of the action, all looking good imo.
Morning dan1nat1, I read the posts on works PC, but wont sign in, V frustrating lol, All the best (thoughts on the name change? I personally don't see why, but respect it!)
a placing at a premium to the SP, that's a first here, and a defo change of sentiment in the city regards this co. IMO Normal AIM dregs place at discount, to "keep the lights on", not here, accretive fund raising, welcomed by II's and even making Directors sell to help out........! you just have to love it.. All the best (I do :)
I thought you had sold out ;)
as I sleep....... :) bloody work! Things have defo changed, or are about to change here, II's investing, 15-1 consol, name change, Europe covered, ciderbob said hi! :) (hey ciderbob) All the best (And I slept soundly through it all :)
I see depends on the mid price, so the new consolidated price could be higher than £1.27 depending on the sp on the day. I take it the new price is the sell price these events are likely to happen end of May.
It’s going ahead if it’s agreed...which it will be as those proposing it hold most of the shares. No 8.5p and £1.27 are just the figures using today’s mid. The actual new price will depend on the price on the day the shares are consolidated. Nothing to be gained or lost on the consolidation, I would say it’s more of a PR thing that may change potential investors perception of the company, in a positive way.
Ok yes I see so divide total no of current share holding by 0.15 x 1.27 I see how the consolidation works so I guess if you can sell higher than 8.50 this will favour you and is this def. going ahead?
You would end up with 10466 shares, but they would be priced at around £1.27 ea.
Thanks for the reply. Just so I've fully understand could you translate an example for 157,000 shares consolidated how this would work?
It means if you currently hold 15 shares it will be consolidated into 1, so the share price will rise x15 but you will hold 15x less shares. So when it happens the share price could be around £1.27 based on current price of 8.5p.
Found this below, can anybody explain what this means about every 15 shares will become 1 worth 15p? I like this part of the RNS, had been hoping for that for a while..."The Company is proposing to reorganise its share capital by way of a consolidation. Upon implementation of the consolidation, every 15 Ordinary Shares then in issue will be consolidated into 1 new ordinary share of 15 pence ("Consolidated Share"). Shareholders with a holding of Ordinary Shares which is not exactly divisible by 15 at the relevant time will have their holdings rounded down to the nearest whole number of Consolidated Shares. Approval will be sought from Shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting due to take place on 23 May 2018 and, subject to shareholder approval, the consolidation is expected to become effective shortly thereafter."
