How do you suppse they will raise money when the current money runs out?
I think the point of the loan notes of up to $5 million is the fact that it negates any need for raising capital via a placing. If anything it is an great endorsement by the board of Salvarx of its future success.
there will be a placing this year as the company has no other means of income....so i will be buying back in once they have done a placing ...... with only 36 million shares in issue.... this could really fly passed the £1 so easily with a solid RNS....
We can't have good news or strong endorsements by the directors with their own money paying over the ask. I haven't topped up at these low prices. This will never do.
No placing. $5m injection of capital with Directors each putting up $1m each by way of 7% loan notes with not repayable for 4 years plus existing loan notes converted into $1m at 35.5p Looks a huge endorsement by the directors. Also The Company's investment in Intensity Therapeutics Inc., will be assigned to SalvaRx Limited.
Excellent find Chazzy2, like the 149 target price. Don't feel greedy now holding out for a quid.
We'll see, common sense would suggest good news before any placing.
Defo a placing coming now then IMO for the new financial year
SalvaRx Limited ("SalvaRx"), has entered into an agreement to make an investment in and form a collaboration with Nekonal SARL. Best bit is "through existing funds", not quite skint then and still making acquisitions, do for me.
As I have mentioned previous the problem we have now is that there is going to be no news on the first test patient for a while and the company is very soon to publish end of year results. I expect there is now very little money in the bank and as I have suggested previously we are due for a placing to generate more funds for the following year and I also suspect they will carry out a consolidation of shares at the same time. Not really much positive news to publish to the market at the moment? Obviously this is just my own opinion of whats going on hence I sold my stake in the company on the spike. I will be following closely and will reinvest at a later date
No updates from board as promised by board after new year :(
is on the floor and the ask is through the roof bit of a vicious spread 12% how is that making a market, more like making a profit for the MM.
Perceptive, just a little out on the timing.
And now the ask is following amongst the MM's sorry but looks like it is going back down :(
The bid looks like its starting its decent I don't think it will hold out much longer
You may have been correct my friend, this doesn't appear to be the fire-sale I was expecting. And it appears there are buyers returning. Your prediction of a MM raid and then buyers returning appears to be holding water. Any level 2's out there who would be nice enough to shed light on the exact situation as I is only a poor PI.
So with the fact we have now been told that the human trials still haven't started I have started to look further into where we actually are before the end of year results come in. Money in the bank must be getting very low now so in order to get us through another year and also invest in the 2-3 companies a year target Salvarx set we need to get some funds from somewhere. I am now very cautious and have sold out for the time being. This is my own opinion but as always do your own research
...to not expect some adverse reaction, I would think. Maybe plan for a little of the worst tomorrow and hope for the best. The buying was there today, but really - the vol was not that great there was selling. But in a tight market with favourable news in the background there was bound to be a rise on the first decent uptick since last August. It could have been worse with a much higher spike and more folks drawn in....
I would like to think that you have a point, but I am not so sure. Although the info from Money Week was posted last Sunday and it was a slow but positive rise until lunch time today. So who knows. Certainly not me, I have no idea how it will go tomorrow. But if anyone knows what proportion Intensity is of Salva that would give you a better idea of what is causing the buying today.
Good news about the clinical trials for Intensity starting soon. I imagine what has really moved the sp today is the formal announcement by SALV itself rather than news being inaccurately quoted via other sources, which always leads to speculation and uncertainty. Keep up the news flow SALV.
Unusual volume regardless of RNS. Buyers out there for this stock and it wasn't for an 8.5% slice of this trial. SALV have a load of projects on the go with bigger shares and any of these may be about to make an announcement. I anticipate an MM raid first thing and a blue finish as buyer hoovers up. Not many sellers even after this RNS
Lazy journalist who printed that news. Tut tut .
The Company notes the recent article in MoneyWeek Magazine about SalvaRx and Intensity Therapeutics Inc., ("Intensity") in which the Company has an 8.5 per cent. interest. The article incorrectly stated that Intensity had dosed its first patient in clinical trials. Intensity expects to dose its first patient shortly at which point a further notification will be made by SalvaRx which will contain full details of the trial including the timeframe for results.
it started 1148hrs, from what I can see. Bid/ask is 95k v 70k.... so it's positive. Highest ask is 45p.
