Helpful thanks for your help. i understand the valuation. again thanks
Well valuation is problematic. At the end of the day the value is what the market says it is but that can change quickly. Presumably you are referring to the First Equity research paper?
The IPOs are RRAL/New Ballarat Gold Corporation and Elephant Oil. Juno Minerals was earlier in the year. AB/RRR has hinted at two other IPOs in the near term but has not given details. If you check Companies House you will see that RRR has recently set up two new subsidiaries: LAC Minerals and Faso Minerals.
New Ballarat Gold Corporation is now showing up at Companies House: AB, David Holden and Scott Brown are the directors. Presumably, they are the executive directors and the NEDs will be added later.

Helpful thanks for your post. I find this share of interest. looking at twitter ref rrr it gives an indication to what the current share price should be worth. Do you think it is correct ? From what I've read there floating one asset with two remaining. elephant oil & drc colbolt both of which would generate money when completed.
I am glad Andrew Bell is giving more time to rrr. For me he is a winner.

So as usual the trolls on here get it wrong.
What was that about being more committed to POW than RRR?
Looks like we are now on with the RRAL listing. No mention of the other two RRR newcos set up recently.

Decent.
Looks like we have gold in the Eastern license.
The very conservative broker note had a target price of 1.6p, the strong market performance of Caracal Gold has directed attention onto Red Rock who hold a very large licence area of 245 sq km.
If you strip out circa £3m of listed investments the entire project portfolio is valued at only £5m, Caracal Gold hit a £21m market value earlier this week based on their Kenyan licences which are a much smaller 50 sq km.
The market is waking up to this clear undervaluation, the shares remain cheap IMO.
Uranium RNS. Up 13.16% very good for our holding of 45mil shares in POW.
DYOR
As I said, up 8% here and on IG.
Sells showing up here and SCAP have moved on to the bid. Looks like we have a buyer and there will be some late reported buys.
DYOR
And as if by magic, up we go.
"Is this one of those pantomime jokes that goes on forever?"
At last. You've nailed it.
Is this one of those pantomime jokes that goes on forever?
L2 is 3 v1. Someone just bought just under £6k worth at 0.65p.
On 12/08 you could have bought at 0.5375p. Today buys are at 0.65p. That is the SP looking better.
It doesn't look better for people who were buying 12 years ago but that is not my problem.
We have gone through a weak patch: the SP bottomed around 0.53p and is now on the way back up up, currently 0.65p to buy.
All of that is fact.
My opinion is that any decent news takes this well up.
And spot gold is up on the day.
DYOR
No it isn't.
It was and is a factual statement.
Check your L2 and the recent trades. Someone just bought just £6k's worth at 0.65p. Two weeks ago you could have bought at 0.53785p and I did.
It looks to me that this will move up quickly on any decent news: it looks like whoever it was that needed to get out, is now out.
News on RRAL would be good.
DYOR
Reminiscent of the famous Chatty Cathy pull-string doll by Mattel that said phrases like "I love you," and "Tell me a story."
Looks like the SP is getting ready to move up.
Any half decent news and I think we go over 0.8p.

More talk from Caracal Gold today concerning acquisitions in Kenya, saying they are in 'advanced discussions' concerning nearby targets.
Red Rock were mentioned by 3 separate directors of Caracal Gold in recent interviews, area consolidation would make sense for both parties.
RRR has been quiet, unusual for them.
Just so eloquent and insightful.
NTOG needs to get its news out, until it does there is not much to be said. Everyone who follows the company knows pretty much what is incoming, they just have to wait.
Anyway, can you keep your asinine remarks to RRR on here? Don't want you getting banned, yet again, do we?
DYOR
Keep pumping you foop
I see you’ve gone AWOL on the NTOG board now then.
Has enough of pumping LOGFRANs pile of c.r.a.p
I wouldn't get too excited.
I am sure RRR is up for a JV but not with Caracal. Basically, Caracal is using RRR to ramp its price.
Interesting though on valuations: Caracal is at £18mil and RRR at £8mil. It goes to show just how undervalued RRR is.
