Hi All, I have some old stock certificates that I forgot about for years thinking the company went bust. From Nov 2017 I have a letter saying to get the shares online using computershare.com.au but now the link no longer seems to work. Any advice on what I can do with this 'sponsored holding statement'? I've not been following the company since so no idea if they are worth anything or not.
Hi
TD Waterhouse were bought out by Interactive Investor. Your account should have been transferred to them with your old ID. Like you I didn't bother with my shares for a few years, but Interactive Investor then changed the conditions and charge £10 a month, they sold some shares to cover this ! So in short you are likely to have less shares than before and be minis credit.
Hello- I am new to this forum - I have held a company called range resources since 2011. i bought them on the LSE . Until today i forgot i had them and i started to google and came across this forum as i couldn't find the price of them . Reading the thread of posts am i right in thinking they are not called range resources anymore they are called phoenix? if so would my shares have transferred over to that name? I sound stupid i know but i bougth them online on TD Waterhouse and now i cant find their uk webist to try to log into either. If so what price are they trading at please?
I held 33,222 shares from 2011.....stupidly missed the boat on tripling my money & what was a £3k investment is now worth penny's £3.98
Everyone got bleed dry here reminds me a lot of Pan Pacific Aggregates now Astar Aggregates Limited
Literally shafted over an oil barrel (empty one)
Vike1,
How is this going to help?
Clean balance sheet, after shafting the shareholders!
I’ve been a holder for about 8 years,
30k investment for 1,089,830shares, which are now about £300 pounds.
This consolidation will make my average even higher!
No matter the amount of shares on the new company, I’ll still need the return to be 30k just to breakeven!
I’ll just to wait and see.... New name will just con new investors, as per old shareholders that lost a fortune surely won’t forget!
Sales still shas 2 hurdles , LandOcean Shareholder approval AND Trinidad Government approval....l..

Seems a lot if threads have disappeared over night.
Makes research harder but not impossible.
Main issue thus year is the tax liabilty case in Trinidad where the government are suing STA for unpaid tax of $4.9m and sta’s attempt to have the case dismissed failed last year.

This dog Range is now trading under a new name.
New name, same ol pos.
'The shares will stop trading on aim and the new 100:1 consolidated shares start trading in a couple of days.
They have just sold the assets in trinidad that produced oil .
They are consolidating shares 100 : 1.'
Consolidation correct, the other information incorrect.
The shares will stop trading on aim and the new 100:1 consolidated shares start trading in a couple of days.
They have just sold the assets in trinidad that produced oil .
They are consolidating shares 100 : 1.
Your input is much appreciated but still cant seem to find it, it may however take a day or two to update.
Thanks again

It is changing today to STA. You might get success using the SEDOL....BKTCZY5. It's all in last week's update.
Can someone help me out here, was looking to put a little money into this and if I get a return good but if I dont it's not going to cause a massive issue. Was only going to invest what I can afford to loose.
Does anyone know the ticker code for this on Hargreaves lansdown as I cannot find it using RRL?
Thank you
GLA

2o mill sell and someone thinks they're after these shares??!!?.....ffs, how does that work then???
That's one hell of a dump!
The fact that Range keeps going for so long is as big a clue as you'll ever get as to how 'dodgy' AIM is.
I would have liked to have used another word for dodgy lol.
PMSL, thats not even funny
'20,963,423 million sell'
At the same price as a 52000 sell, above Bid, someone wants these shares!
20,963,423 million sell

Share consolidation just another name for more wealth destruction lol......still lots of mugs about I see prepared to donate their hard earned. Lol
Hmmmm... thinking about it, moneybox007, Your calculation seems a bit off!
Don’t you agree SeanGullPieMan?
By my calculations, I’m down by about 700%
A 7 bagger!
:(
well moneybox007, i like your mats!
But if you are correct, then that is how much this has dropped, since I've purchased them and average down.
I got to the point, i could not justify putting another penny in, best part of £25k now worthless!
Consolidation, will be just another con.
my average price will just increase, after all ill need whatever number of share this will be in the future to return my £25k!!!
Yes - an 18,000% increase to 5p is definitely going to happen. Idiot.
'any chance ill get to 5P?'
Assuming the consolidation is approved on Friday, then today's mid price will become 3.1p, so 5p is definitely possible!
I think in january this will pick up, cant believe people sold as this is so cheap at the moment. Anyway each to their own.
I bought some herr and holding till atleast end of January.

Sorry, Su....jood
Su....hood. are you friend of Su...hail??.....have you bought in on their advice.
You have my sympathy choosing to 'invest' in the range laundrette.
Have you not even bothered to read the last 3 months posts on here???......thought not.
Thanks Jonah58,
I have sold elsewhere and bought in here. Let's see what it has in store for us all.
GLA
Lot of water under the bridge, Sujo. I'm afraid you're unlikely to get a balanced answer here.
Sorry I have had this company on my radar but haven't followed it for sometime. Why have hey sold the rigs, is it to pay debt off or fund other projects? They are not closing their business are they?
So sorry for asking all this I just haven't had time to chase this one as the way I would have liked to.
Thank you for helping.

Previous TA had come to pass and now that the SP crossed over the 200ma in previous session it is looking to breach the lower downward trendline.
beware of the downside...
very bearish and may well start testing 0.0002 in the coming session.
The SP crossed over 50ma in recent session and is looking to cross over the 200ma.
….SP to be in a sustainable up trend. this I doubt very much will happen.
Previous levels, 0.004 had acted as support but as we know it had been breached. Therefore 0.04 had now become resistance leaving 0.003 as the new support level.
I suspect 0.03 will also be breached in the coming sessions to take the SP lower. RRL really do need to start producing a good flow of news, if the RIG sales, subjected to inspection, are not completed on time the markets will take a very negative view.
The resistance at 0.04 is very strong, any close above this level will be positive ; howiewver there needs to be substantial news flow for the

5 buys since the 12th November in a sea of red.
Hopefully people are coming to their senses.
Of course suhail has vanished lol
A sell of almost half a million shares gets you just a few hundred quid.......absolutely criminal. This holding would have cost over 50 grand a few years back. How is it that a company with such a history of wealth devastation can still be allowed to trade.
Absolutely criminal. Anyone investing in this company at this point deserves all they get in terms of losing money.
Not been coming on this site for a while for obvious reasons but every so often will have a peak for some unforeseen good news of some kind but Very quickly It’s short lived so anyway the last time was when all this talk about Gordon and his so called investigations about Rrl etc where is he now or what’s happened about all off that Nonsense or that’s how I seen it At the time was he being paid to put a pie in the sky story or is that all long gone as well and waiting for the next eggs to boil for someone else to fart out.

I can only think that the several sells at a tenner and less are folks just clearing the crap from their pfs.....good riddance and all that.
With a bit of luck, 2020 will be the year the laundrette closes its doors. If it survives another year I would be lost for words I think.
Tiiimmbeerrrrrrr!
Lol.
Night, I think loads meant he doesn't mind about the other boiler room scum?.....
Good to know you are so focused on one person being screwed you have forgotten about all the genuine people also caught up in this shambles and losing the coats off their backs.
Sometimes speaking with your mind is the best policy.
Thing is Loads, will the Range laundrette ever close I wonder??
