LSE why is range It’s at the top of the leader board and called Regis resources?
At 12:46 the share price was 0.05p, yet by 12:59, after only 4 purchases, totalling 10,557,342 shares for a measly £5,882.01, the share price increased by a whopping 20% !
Such sp increases based on little/no volume is of concern, surely.
IMHO
Come on does anyone know what happened to Peter Landau he was up in court quite awhile ago in Perth but cant seem to find anything about the case, tried the usuall google , perth newspapers etc.
What is actually being sold in Trinidad? Is it everything? Licences, producing assets and rigs etc etc? Or is it part of Trinidad ? I’ve heard conflicting statements
Buyers stocking up.…. as said plenty upside from this point

With NO DEBT now the ASX may reinstate sooner than many think.

Range Resources
Just when you thought nothing could go right for Range a significant rabbit has been pulled out of the hat. The company has signed binding SPA for the sale of Range Resources Trinidad to LandOcean in return for offset of all debt ($91m) and cash of $2.5m to Range.
This is a cracking deal for Range as in a stroke it has made the company debt free, with cash resources bringing increased liquidity and of course improved shareholder sentiment. Getting @$95m for these assets is by any matter of means incredible and should have an immediate knock on effect for other players in the area.
Range is left with the drilling company in Trinidad and the Indonesian assets, as this transaction is completed one can only hope that the deal gets completed. Range shareholders will then rejoice.
