Agree with u Mr Brown, it's multibagger in the making , buy and look at it at Xmas.
No debt, assets and money in the bank. What's not to like
creeping up nicely - Showing good support at these levels off the back of yesterdays good news.
Agreed JayMonk…. the future looks so much better for RRL and I don't think it will be long before we hear the next positive news. Great price to be in despite the big rise yesterday!
Well, going from yesterdays RNS i expect over the coming weeks and months some decent updates from the company.............fingers crossed for a decent Rerate
Good for LTH , it need to recover on back of a very positive RNS..gla
You've certainly put in a shift today mufcm, what are you so worried about, or are you just trying to save people from themselves?
Absolutely!
Let’s hope it keeps on going, it’s got some way to go.
I’ve held this since the 12/14p as it dropped so fast, was not worth selling.
I’m not sure if will ever see 14/15p again but back then was expected to go to pounds!!!
How was this ever allowed to go to this far.... so much debts, when the asset seems to always have been there, if indeed we are making a deal, to sell one of the of the current assets we have for 90+ml to repay the debt which is ten fold the current market cap!
Unbelievable....
What are you doing here on this board then?
i can not believe people invest in a company here today gone tomorrow LOL
Mufc, agree it's been a disaster, but there has been a complete clear out of the board from Laundau days. I know I lost a considerable amount of money from those. This board is at least persevering and it might be that they can salvage something and even pull a rabbit out. Which you as a long temer should be applauding.
Buys still coming in
Only got to get to 7.3p and ive made all my money back
Did you see. M/c ?
another 50-70% tomorrow from those who missed out today
It'll be interesting to watch the ASX when it opens, if they have been able to persuade them to resume trading in RRL.
Range's Chairman, Kerry Gu, commented:
"I am delighted that we have been successful at signing this milestone agreement with LandOcean, which (if completed) will allow the Company to be completely debt-free and have sufficient cash resources to progress with new opportunities. The removal of debt is a fantastic outcome for the Company's shareholders and is vital to restore our financial health, increase liquidity and improve shareholder sentiment. I am also pleased with the consideration value of RRTL of almost US$95 million which is a testament to the quality of our Trinidad upstream assets.
Over the coming months, our focus will be aimed at securing the necessary approvals to complete this transformative transaction. As part of a wider strategy, we will also continue to evaluate new acquisition targets and review opportunities for our drilling business in Trinidad and interests in the Indonesian oil and gas project.
I am very excited about the future of our Company and once again would like to thank our stakeholders for their continued support during this process."
