Could see some Day traders here today
Find the Agm details on their website as stated
Is here,nothing new
if you not happy just sell them
They could just leave the free float out there and never be heard of again, decisions decisions
lol, not going to do all that for the last 20 to 30% of the 12% free float IMO
the company could say that it is insolvent without the support of the bank. shares therefore worthless. but the bank will take them off your hands for FADS (**** all divided by six). but who knows
The thing I like most about the prediction/opinion/hope/whatever of a 10p offer from the company is that it *should* be immune to MM games and won't be "fastest finger first." For that luxery alone, I would be ok with less :D
Price sensitive information must be released in an RNS ;)
Hi, noticed this board recently and also wondering what to do! could someone be so kind as to let me know where /how the company will make an offer to current shareholders? That of course is if they do. I am not sure where you are finding the info. I think its 5th June when its supposed to be de-listed?
Yes and may then also extend the the offer date for a further 14 days.
The company may say they wish to purchase the remaining shares at a certain price,
yes http://www.lse.co.uk/SharePrice.asp?SharePrice=0MQ9&goButton=Go
Are you hoping that the SP will be made by the company explicitly, or from them buying "at all costs" on the last day? If the herd thought that there was an "official" 10p in this, they would mostly be here by now.
Morning,Have you posted on that board yet?
I was looking for 20p but would settle for 10p, guess we will all know lunchtimish
Let's use 0MQ9 I will post something now so I can find it later.
good point !
We will have to find another board to communicate as once RPO is delisted this board will disappear
Unless they offer 10p plus I am going to leave the shares where they are in my SIPP, lucky ive not got a great amount so can afford to do this for a bit of fun, you never know might be the right way to go !!!! on the other hand Dohhhhh. Reading all the post and looking at all the information, this is defiantly one of those times that its yours and your choice alone, could be a good move selling now or it could be a good move keeping the shares in the new private RPO.
Another 500,000 buy
Spot on Topnot, but better waiting for the dividend to be paid out 1st (two to three years) then you will get a much better price IMO
Link to Capit who will sell your shares when private.http://www.capitadeal.com/ think this is right but correct me if iam wrong.
Good evening. The answer to go to previous posts is a good one. Capita is running the share matched system when it delists. It is a gamble so def dyor. Agm on 3rd of June and last day after trading on 6th June. Very big spread at the moment so hope you haven't bought recently. However lots of late buys interestingly. Hope this is a good reply from one of your "guys". Regards.
With only 3 trading days to go for delisting , all the lofty talks by the BOD in the financial year statement to propose delisting was only to squeeze the small shareholders.
