Late/delayed buy
Just go back to the posts from the 14th of March
Bro I am doing it but it's always good to get others point of view and understanding of the situation as you never know who will be able to direct you in right direction .
Best DYOR if I was you.
As I am share holder of this company, what will happen as it goes private and delisted. 1-will I lose those shares ? 2-would I be forced by new company to sell 3-if I will be able to hold them then how in future I will know value of the shares and also how would I sell them? Plz guys help will be much appreciated, kind regards
Are you on the correct board?
likes to talk about thieving and fraud lol Back then he or she was pumping this p of s daily but I notice last month was saying only put in 6k ! something dishonest there. I wonder how many poor souls got involved through the pumping of him and silver spoons-where he ?
Of course, and I like the idea that with a 46% spread they are still expecting them to go up in value. There can't be much free float left now, and I would love to hear from the buyer.. Regards as always.
....the underlying reason being a belief that they will increase in value... would you agree? :)
I would think that we all buy shares for lots of different reasons! Regards.
For the same reason that anyone else buys shares? :)
Why would anyone buy 500,000 shares at 16:16 on a Friday, with a spread of 46%, no trading for 3 days, and due for delisting in 9 days? Last agm is on Thursday. Will the sp be going up first thing Tuesday morning? Regards.
Again late in the day erm!
1p per metric!
surprised with your 5p suggestion where you been bashing around recently with the fair valuation. given u answered ur own question so you have any explanation of why 5p? is it finger in the air number?
If you assumed fair play and rule of law (which I don't) I would suggest five pence as being an appropriate offer price. Not going to happen of course.
what offer could be wores than: 1.34p = -99% 2.68p = -98% 4.02p = -97% (around same price when delisting rns came out) 5.36p = -96% 6.70p = -95% 8.04p = -94% 9.38p = -93% 10.72p = -92% (closest to the nominal value of 10p) NOTE: all the above officially classified as ass strip by any country definition
To be fair RPO is UK listed company unlike the ones illustrated in the link. However, once private it will be operating in a country were corruption is not investigated and the legal system useless. I do believe that many Russian investors buy large shareholdings in the hope that the sp gets ruined and so goes private - they pay for 20% at market price knowing they will get another 30% for free further down the line - a Russian form of asset stripping
I was thinking more like 20 pence, probably wishful thinking. GLA!
Let's hope the offer is 2 pence!
