But who asked you? You keep telling people about your RPO profit on nearly every post. Do you have a spectrum disorder and so don't understand the conventions of normal dialogue?
Metrics?,previous share prices,no I read the Rns, watched the sp drop so punted, still 50% up and holding
Glencore could be the one buying up the free float crumbs.
Don't waste any more of your time. The phrase is squeezeout on Wikipedia You can lead a horse etc. Gla
Can you tell us about the relationship between the SP and the buys and sells recorded on LSE? You appear to lack even the most basic knowledge. You have never seen metrics being mentioned in relation to the valuation of an oil and gas stock? Are you genuinely telling my you have bought a stock without going through the published accounts and doing the five basic metrics? Indeed can you tell me what the five basic metrics would be for RPO post recent accounts? You appear to be buying stocks according to their previous prices and then using emotion to invent a scenario in which they regain that previous value. So tell us more about this instinctual feeling you have towards the June AGM, gone on, tell us what you FEEL is going to happen. Balls to metrics, reason, objectivity and controlling for bias eh?
Trolling! His English and his grammar have also improved. Lots of buys and the sp goes down. Do they want us to sell? Never seen another poster mention metrics on another bb before. Regards.
When you see a Russian spy gambler inviting someone who "Not invested. More intrigued" yet you see AT-eam going on shaking it hard squeezing lemons to buy some as evident below, you can only laugh at brokers expressed views. i dont think thats what is on the table for rpo though shares can still be traded after de listing via capita
are on my back again telling me they the same old story and go on to say...."Please note that the views expressed in this email represent those of the Board of Ruspetro Plc and not those of my stockbroker"
US law but very same priciples broadly apply http://www.calstartuplawfirm.com/business-lawyer-blog/minority-shareholder-freeze-outs-squeeze-outs-dilution-oppression.php
correct, but as no price (as yet) has been decided they cant take them off us.
I think there is a misunderstanding of dragalong rights https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drag-along_right it would mean minority shareholders are forced to sell at whatever price the majority agrees on a takeover
Any more info about your metric valuation of RPO? Or still stuck in emotional mode, convincing yourself of a fairytale ending? Have you ever contributed anything based on the finances of RPO? Or is it always the most amateur of mistakes to base predictions on previous prices? Now it appears you see a supernatural alignment simply because of an AGM a few days before delist.
Good morning. There are extensive details in the rns dated 14th of April. Minority shareholders will be protected for 10 years with drag along/top up rights. The majority shareholders currently hold over 75% of the shares, with my guesstimate being the free float is less than 10%. I find it very interesting and intriguing that there is an agm 4 days before delisting. Friday 3rd of June could be a very definitive day, and I'm going to spend a good few hours on a plane! Beware of our resident troll. Most trollers get about £20 a day I have read but ours must get paid in roubles! Regards
$300m debt? Is the interest rate pegged to rouble or dollar ?
My view - delists without any big movement in SP. As was pointed out in the company documentation, the claimed reason for delist is access to desperately needed funds which are not available through a listing (as the market is not interested). Once a Ltd company, equity (based on 100 million 2P reserves and $20 netback) will be exchanged for debt relief. They owe $300 million, so one can imagine how much of the companywill have to be handed over. It keeps the company solvent at least.
Not invested. More intrigued. Looks like the bank that previously wanted more equity but was deemed a related party will get its wish. Once minority shareholders are 10% or less they can be compulsorily bought out once it delists. Whether jockeying amongst current shareholders leads to an increase or not before delist no idea. My guess is delist. Takeover by non UK listed company linked to current owners and the banks for justifiable minimal sum. Compulsory buyout of minority interests at that point. But conjecture. I will watch and learn something no doubt. Imho. And good luck
Well, if this gets walked down for the next two weeks, a 400% rise might see RPO back to 1p :p
What % do the main owners have ?
Good evening. There is an agm on the 2nd of June, which could be very interesting, and delisting is at the end of trade on the 6th of June. Regards.
knows
How many days left until the delist ?
I have made my thoughts clear,I do not trust a listed company to go limited (see COSALT),but (always a but!) The Sp was 4p before the news,so imho why is it at this price now,I'm sure the market do not want to hold onto their shares come June,so something has to give,COSALT went up 400%in the last 2 days of trading!
Yes, be mindful of the sensitivities of people who hold purely subjective opinions and who avoid any objective discussion. Debt + net back + reserves + daily production = what valuation to major shareholders in a LTD company in Russia? Other than emotion, has anybody got any empirical contributions to make?
If you aren't going to gloat, better be mindful of wording, because some of your posts sound a bit triumphant ;) You can post negatives every hour of the day, I couldn't care less either :p No-one can give evidence about something that hasn't happened yet. I think everyone currently invested in RPO knows the deal, so ALL opinion is irrelevant. I'm not long. I'm in it for 3 weeks I imagine :p
