these shares are very very cheap - if you believe in the story buy- doubt you will see them this low again- they dont need funding - the share prices was saved by the warrant over turn - all in all only upside from here - the rot of bad directors have gone now - new bod trying there best for shareholders- all we need to do is support them !!!
A good analysis Chrispry. 5day 8rs a day minimum. Then could stretch to 10 hr day then maybe a 6 day week.
When more people onboard can run a double shift ie 6 till 2 and 2 till.10. You will have a minimum of two operators now gaining valuable experience.
You can employ a couple more operators. Can be familiarisedon the machine for a week then run double shift with one newbie and l slightly more experienced on a shift..
It will take a while to get up to speed and production. 24/7 7 days a week should be achievable by end of March.
That is just my way of thinking how l would run a production line to increase output.
Regards
I think you are more realistic Chrispye. It only looks a small machine. Good place to start but I was more hopeful of Volz producing more being an established manufacturing company.
We shall see I guess GLA
That’s what we were expecting from the original RNS but the recent one showed us it’s not running to what we expected. How many less? We don’t know.
Volz? Their machines should be up and running but have we seen a mask yet?
Listen I didn’t sell out so still hanging in there but I’m not convinced that machine alone will produce 5m masks a month
What are you talking about?
First machine = 5mil/mth with a two month ramp up to allow for teething problems as per RNS's
We know more machines are being built to meet demand as per manufacturers posts.
1 machine = 60 million masks per annum.
4 would = 240 million masks a year @ £1 ea. add in volz producing something similar @ ??
Makes for an interesting entry point don't you think?
I wish you would all look a little further than one machine. Volz have 4 in Germany I would hope that the management team are working hard on outsourcing the tech too.
I think we have all seen this machine right

I was looking at it and seeing if I could see at what rate it produces 1 mask.
Difficult to say but it looks like 1 mask per second.
That would be able to produce 3,600 per hour
For a 23hr day (1hr for material changes) gives 82,800 maximum a day
If run 24/7 then can produce
82,800 x 30 = 2,484,000 masks a month.
So they are half the target.
If run only 1 shift at 9hrs a day 5 days a week that would make 648,000 a month.
I know it’s completely based on nothing technical bit as we are getting nothing from RMS we are having to do our own maths.
IMHO
