Got my shares back, should hopefully double up every day now, market cap is ridiculous for an oil strike where we are positioned...
this is gonna do a jog!!!
lol
only you can make that decision
Winx-1 look to be mirroring 1.2bn barrels horseshoe. Cap started off £7m today. Boom.
Are these worth buying at this price?
If this RNS had been released when the SP was still 4p last week, we would have risen off the back of it. Now the fair value is under 3p? It doesn’t make sense...

GLA:)
Aus does not have a clue to small a market AIM leads the way always has.
Couldn’t purchase any at a good price so got some 88e at under 0.90p :-)
RMP didn't rise that much in Aus...
MM's don't have a clue where to open this.
Now its 2.8p to buy anything
Full results of Horseshoe are confidential. If it is Horseshoe and Armstrong / Oil Search have decided to help us out with some data, then no doubt they dont want everyone knowing their figures. I know THEIR figures haven't been released by us but I'm sure they wouldnt want their name dropped into the equation alongside our comparable figures.
Same applies for any company nearby. They might share info on proviso their name isnt mentioned explicitly.
Up 61% on pre trade.
Or buy more on open, quick 50% already made for some who bought Friday....
Morning Dazzle. I thought that but I'm not so sure now. Looking again at the slides, the area of interest looks to be T4 downwards. They hit the top of torok 1139' above the T4 but is that area above any good? The info re elevated logs and resistivity are from below the top of T4. So I think it's as originally thought. T4 to TD should be 500-600ft.
Unless anything else comes back from the wireline logging
Good luk all...glad I topped up Friday : )))))
I can see why they are being very cautious in what they say. If they didn’t then there would be blood. Friday low end of commercial Monday monster discovery would not sit well with the Market. This interim statement allows them to ease back people’s expecatations but at the same time give us a wink that yes we ducked up the last statement and don’t want to get hopes up but “Similar to a nearby Nanushuk discovery tells me all I need to know. This is a monster find in the making..!!!!
Vanguard don’t think they drilled that far by Thursday evening 28th then leaky news tweet on 1st March sparked rumours.. aim regulations I imagine nothing else ominous ..
Is the torok over a 1000’ deep? Intersected at 4900 and finished at 6090...answers on a postcard to
Should see a bit of a bounce today, that was the kind of RNS I think people were expecting on Friday minus Torok, why couldn't they have given us the information about intersecting the additional zone instead of forcing people to pre guess what on earth it was all supposed to mean, it would have saved all the carnage on Friday and a whole host of stops being triggered. Anyway, looking a lot more positive
Islandgirl I was in Puntland bigtime (in both rrl and RMP!) and lost a packet. I'm very cautious about the wording of the latest RNS too - based on previous experiences and imo they don't sound overly enthusiastic about the Nanushuk topsets. Brings back deja-vu feelings.
I'm stlll in here by the way.
- On reaching final Total Depth a comprehensive wireline logging program will be implemented in order to further evaluate all the Nanushuk / Torok zones of interest and determine whether to proceed with production testing
Winx-1 intersected the primary Nanushuk topset targets between 4,667ft and 4,901ft. Elevated mud gas readings, oil shows and an increase in LWD resistivity were observed in multiple topset features within this primary target interval of the well.
Data obtained by the Joint Venture consortium from a nearby successful third party Nanushuk well has proven comparable to that observed in Winx-1 over the same topset features, thereby providing early encouragement. These initial observations and interpretations, whilst encouraging, should be treated with some caution as additional data and analysis are required for further assessment and validation.
The previously announced interim drilling results of 1 March 2019 were related to an interval in the Nanushuk Formation above the primary target zone. This interval (4,460ft to 4,530ft) remains the subject of further ongoing analysis to determine prospectivity.
The well successfully intersected the top of the Torok Formation at 4,913ft. The Topset Sequence 4 sandstones (secondary target) were encountered at approximately 6,052ft. Elevated mud log gas readings (C1-C5) associated with oil shows and an elevated LWD resistivity response were recorded during the drilling of this sequence.
On reaching final Total Depth, the forward plan is to run a comprehensive wireline logging program over the zones of interest. Subject to the results of this program the Joint Venture consortium will then decide whether to proceed to stimulate and test the most prospective of the Nanushuk primary targets.
The Winx prospect is a 3D seismic defined conventional oil prospect in the successful Nanushuk play fairway with a gross mean unrisked prospective resource of 400 million barrels ("MMbbls") (126MMbbls net to Red Emperor) and is adjacent to the Horseshoe 1/1A discovery well drilled by the Armstrong/Repsol JV in 2017. Refer to the Company's announcement of 25 June 2018 for further details.
Cautionary Statement: The estimated quantities of petroleum that may potentially be recovered by the application of a future development project(s) relate to undiscovered accumulations. These estimates have both an associated risk of discovery and a risk of development. Further exploration, appraisal and evaluation is required to determine the existence of a significant quantity of potentially moveable hydrocarbons.

ALASKA OPERATIONS UPDATE:
ADDITIONAL INTERIM DRILLING RESULTS
The Board of Red Emperor Resources NL (ASX/AIM: RMP) ("RMP", "Red Emperor" or the "Company"), is pleased to provide an operational update with respect to the drilling of the Winx-1 exploration well ("Winx-1"), located on the Western Blocks, North Slope of Alaska.
Highlights
-- Primary Nanushuk targets (topsets) intersected between 4,667ft and 4,901ft
o Elevated mud gas (C1-C5) associated with oil shows and increase in LWD ("Logging While Drilling") resistivity recorded within this interval
o Initial interpretation encouraging based on comparison to data from nearby successful third party Nanushuk well
-- Previously reported Upper Nanushuk Formation interval (4,460ft to 4,530ft) remains the subject of further ongoing analysis
-- The Torok Topset Sequence 4 (secondary target) was intersected at 6,052ft with elevated mud gas readings (C1-C5), oil shows and an increase in LWD resistivity being recorded
-- On reaching final Total Depth a comprehensive wireline logging program will be implemented in order to further evaluate all the Nanushuk / Torok zones of interest and determine whether to proceed with production testing
