Of testing, Are we expecting any updates prior to this date or just a single wire logging results in 10 days time? I read somewhere that we should have some info in a couple days time.
Let the share price do what it does. It's silly to make predictions. I'm happy to hold and I guess other holders are too.
Correction to my last posting. There wasn't a massive SP rise yesterday. I did mean todays and Mondays massive SP rises.
Up 70% tonight Looking good for tomorrow
My GUESS as to roughly what will happen to the SP for the rest of this week. After todays and yesterdays massive SP rises, I don't think there will be SP rises on those sort of scales for the rest of this week. Hopefully a decent rise tomorrow though, but think it will be no more than about 30-50% tops. Friday, I think will be either only a small rise of no more than about 10% or a drop back down of no more than about 15%. So I think the closing SP on Friday could be in the region of 8.5-10p. Once again, this is only my guess. It could end up going much better than this or worst case scenario it could go a lot worst!
Absolutely.
You can spot those not invested quite easily it seems :D
Nice bit of consolidation this eve so hopefully a steady or even decent blue day tomorrow as logs get processed. Still a strong buy at these prices though
Nah, I think I'll hold rocky67. Thanks for the advice though :)
Commercial, not guaranteed.
Best to take half out to be on safe side or if worried just sell.
Looking good but aim can kick you in the nuts.
Missed out buying at 3. all seems positive , but I thought that about UKOG. I got in at 4p saw 10p plus and then sold out at 6p; now its sitting at 1.3p.
I know a direct comparison can't be made with other companies, but after a 300% rise will we still see another 100% rise (or even 10p +)?
1.2 showing now.
Well, some people listen to the likes of Profit_profit on here aka @Profitseeker3 on Twitter (et al). Just ignore their crazy rants.
Made money in rmp today then sold to buy wdc and my investment is worth less tonight than it was at the start of the day!!! Oh boy!
DW statement from the 88E RNS
"Encouragingly, we have also encountered multiple potential pay zones in the primary target as well as one of the secondary targets. Whilst it is still early days, we are well placed and look to the wireline program with measured optimism."
Multiple Potential Pay Zones in Both the Primary target AND the Secondary target.
Multiple pay zones....... in both targets
1.1 open 97 percent up
0.57 to 1.0 is 87 percent
75% up pre market according to a decent poster on Twitter, make of it what you will
Showing opening at approx 85 percent up .
Can’t hold this back tommorrow surely, all the profit takers must be done, on to 10p. Has to...
fair one Jon, but most of the drills a success
still pretty good though being in the oiliest place on the planet
deeper sequence could be positive or negative your right, but this drill had multiple stacked targets LGW oil shows logged on the way down, Puntland Shabeel North (ugg!) had none and kept going in hope from memory
All about glass being half full or half empty I suppose
• Horseshoe was biggest drill in 30 years in USA is 4km away from Winx - similar geology
• 26 out of 26 well success in basin
• All pre drill targets hit....... multiple .....stacked.....targets
• Extra 400m drilled to TD
• Nanushuk oil shows
• Torok oil shows

With regard to the WINX, it is premature to be euphoric. But I have moved my personal meter from somewhat optimistic to very optimistic.
And I agree 100% with the prospectivity of the GOM wells drilled, drilling, and to be drilled. The GOM justifies today's PPS and then some (my opinion, of course). The WINX is gravy on top of the GOM meat and potatoes. If positive results emerge from both the GOM and the WINX, my substantial (substantial for me) acquistion of an equity position in OEL last week will prove to have been prescient. Risky? Yes. Rewarding? The odds are looking better with each PR.
When I have more time, I will post some information about the Nanushuk "topset" play. I've been studying the Grandstand Formation (a portion of the Nanushuk sedimentation) since 2001. I've known about its prospectivity for almost two decades based upon the USGS data in the public domain. Bill Armstrong had the vision, intelligence, guts, and risk capital to explore the Nanushuk near the Beaufort Shelf in what is now called the Pikka Unit. The Willow wells (ConocoPhillips) further to the west are also Nanushuk discoveries. In any case, the Nanushuk has been recently touted as the world's new "super basin." I tend to agree. Interestingly, high quality oil in the Granstand formation was first identified at the Umiat Oil Field by the US Navy (Husky was the drilling contractor) between 1946 and 1953. Although recoverable reserves may be much smaller, the results from the original 11 shallow wells drilled at Umiat suggest ~one billion barrels of OIP in that field alone. The rest is history.
Of course, none of this is stated to suggest that the WINX will or won't be a commercial success. But based on "nearology", we all have good reason to be optimistic. The WINX is in oil country. Here's hoping.
