Any thoughts on what it could be worth on its own?
In reality it only has value to Rambler since the deposit size and grades are likely not enough to justify the construction of a new mill. That means the ore has to be trucked to Nugget Pond for processing. I don't think any potential buyer would pay much for the deposit unless they were getting the whole package (Ming, Nugget Pond, Little Deer) and since Little Deer is further away and smaller than Ming I don't see it getting assigned much value at the end of the day... Certainly couldn't be sold for enough to really help Rambler get out of the current situation.
Any bidders will essentially be placing a bet that some time in the future (in a time horizon the buyer is comfortable with) the price of copper and the cost of operations will be such that it makes the investment/purchase or part/all of the assets worthwhile.
Not all buyers will be going in expecting to make bank from day 1, today. They are not day traders.
Tb be f
What does that mean moon?
Not unexpected, he's f***ed everyone over including BM and the employees.
I have a lot of reasons to hope I am wrong here.
But surely now, & with this fast moving along to talk of auctions etc.
If you have ever attended a house "do it upper" one. You will know that if there is a reserve (if?). It will go for that unless there is competition.
I assume the reserve is the sum of the monies owed. So unless there are more than one suitor. Why would anyone pay more sensibly. Regardless of the fact the resource potential may warrant it we may feel....
Sorry, been too busy to follow the events fully. So maybe there is some clauses that can/will prevent the cheapest sell off. Happy to be corrected 100%.... But if not, then surely a distressed sale is just that, so seriously, talk of someone paying anything close to our perceived value is not realistic - unless, as said, there is more than one of them in for it?
Nxt step sme one gonna be arr now fun begins.
Moon whatever you write ,write it clearly so people can understand .
Moose - LD is of use to Maritime but probably only get $3-5M for it
TB wanted to sell it
Assume TB will be gone after todays hearing unless Monitor is using him to assist with mining plan info etc for the data room
GLA
Know0, Appreciate your valiant efforts in trying to salvage RMM from the disgraceful mismanagement and mis-selling i have yet come across in an AIM company. By the way, I can not join the Discord group - URL not valid.
I mean if Maritime wanted to purchase the copper concentrator circuit off Rambler then sure, but otherwise LDs fate is inextricably tied to that of Rambler. Think of it as a “hub and spoke” mining mining and Nugget Pond is the hub that gives real value to the spokes (Ming and Little Deer).
I have my doubts TB has even personally reviewed an actual mine plan while at Rambler. The old guard in the mining industry that make up management at most companies these days are so out of date they don’t even know what they’re looking at when their engineers present them things.
Moose - Maritime tried to buy it - Creditors said NO
So your rumblings aren't worth much on here as you clearly know little
Sad that people that have sold and lost are here many months later hoping beyond hope that the shareholders lose all - just to be able to say "I told you so"
There are many shareholders that have a huge amount of knowledge and experience and connections involved with RIG and we have every chance of making something of this
No money has been asked of anyone
And if the ultimate route of going after the BoD is decided upon, it will be a decision taken in the democratic way we have communicated of the RIG group
It may be at that time that those that sold and lost could join a class action, but what you cant do is be part of RIG as that is for holders only and I guess you hate not having the info we have
GLA
How do I join RIG?
all you numpties should have had a grand on leicester for the league in 2015 - 5000 to 1....just like i didn't..or anyone else
Try this link and from there there we can move you into RIG

Thanks.
There was never any scenario in which Maritime tried to buy either Little Deer or the copper concentrator plant from Rambler. Sure, they sold the gold portion of the mill off to them to raise a bit of cash but that’s not the copper concentrator.
This is why I don’t trust rig group finally have my answer
Why I taken my own Lwyer firm
Moose / Monkey.
Maritime offered RMM $3M for LD
Secured creditors refused

You’ve made it clear that you are not much of a holder
You told me 3 times that you hold 47.000 shares and when I laughed you said you have more in another account. Not that only having 47,000 excludes you from RIG as long as you send proof then every shareholder is welcome
You said you had cash or people with cash to be part of a deal. I told you that you needed to give an approximation. If you were talking about $1M then wouldn’t be interested.
When you asked for the timetable I said that you need to confirm approx amount by end of this month. Would need lawyers or accountants to provide confirmation that you/ your contacts were good for the cash by end of April and the cash would need to be in your lawyers client account by end of May.
Not surprisingly, you since gone quiet and come on here and **** off the RIG group
You’ve had every opportunity to be a part or play a part but you’re small time bro.
You even told me it was too expensive to get lawyer to write to monitor. So you really are not a player here bro.
Best wishes
GLA holders.
Told by the creditor.
Prove it didn’t happen - of course if you can’t that’s a really bad sign isn’t it
You untrustworthy and untruthful.
You don’t believe that the offer at $3M from Maritime existed
Whatever bro.
I’m passing on from the horses mouth that TB wanted to accept and Secured creditors said No.
For your information know 0 i been abit quiet I had
epilepsy fit few days ago. For ur information I told u I hold share in other accounts. Yes it’s expensive as you already know. I message u today this afternoon. Because I will not be giving money without reason. and will send u list of demands what me and backer expect. So please don’t try and say nonsense. If I only had 47000 share not get Lwyer don’t really add up
