Thanks to you both, brazilnut for also chasing it and others probabley for asking.
The bit that is interesting...if I am reading it correctley is how few actually voted i.e only 55Mil "for" Have the majority of the ii not voted???? Or am I way off? If correct what does that indicate.
Having the official count published as you say LSE would be of real use for us but possibley not Sam and Stewart.
The wording "The votes against represent around 3.25% of the TOTAL register" SO it should be considered that 55mil for was of the TOTAL register......interesting.
Rgds Sft
To be fair though he hasn't published the results has he?
Thanks for update , Surfit . He must have been getting a helluva lot of flack to publish after all this time .
Hi by way of an update: see ADFN bb and the post from Brazilnut ( thank you for publishing).
Well at least Sam replied ( fair play) and 14mil against and 55mil for, on Sam remaining....so does that mean only 69mil votes were cast?
Extract from post:
"From memory there were around 14m votes against and something like 55m votes for. The votes against represent around 3.25% of the total register. A simply majority is required to pass ..."

Mogger - You have consistently posted job vacancies, over a number of years I should add, that would indicate a positive result for SL going forward. Your posts have been now proven to be a load of old tosh! Stop posting please, you deliver nothing but garbage !
How could you possibly trust SAMTHEMAN when he told us FID was IMMINENT , YES IMMINENT , nearly 3 years ago and it hasn't happened yet?
Disgraceful man , but he will keep taking the options.
That’s quite an accusation Godders, I think you need to be very careful.
That does not at all surprise me Mogger.
They are concealing the votes IMHO.
Lse,
So they lied to you as well.

No wonder you are annoyed.
You must try harder

Surfit. Sadly the decision makers at the II's probably didn't really care that much (as long as they weren't too diluted) as it isn't their money!!
Mogger. I had a to-and-fro email exchange which I don't want to post all on here.
Summing up though. The argument from the BOD seems to be that they never normally release the votes via RNS and don't feel the need to change now.
I pointed out that at a normal AGM the votes are made public in the room which of course they have not been here.
I got no reply after that.
My apolagise if members think I am OTT but if you want an example of how bad things can go with inept management all you have to do is remember Marconi:

Thank you for the doing so and conformation LSE. I suspect that if 30 of us sent in such requests the out come would be the same.
Does it indicate that the BoD have tired or have no interest in PI's and their requests for information?
Possibley because they (PI's) are not united and it could be considered that giving detail on the AGM results could aid such unity?
They prefer dialogue with ii's only i.e. keep the plebs out chaps
I refer to a section of the the May RNS:
"As part of the review of remuneration, the Board sought independent remuneration advice and consulted with several of the Company's largest institutional shareholders. As a result of this review, the following initiatives are being implemented:........."

Lse
What was their reply?
Mogger
I emailed both Directors Mogger.
If (like me) you think it only right that they make the votes public then please everyone email them:
Sam.Moody@rockhopperexploration.co.uk
and
Stewart.MacDonald@rockhopperexploration.co.uk
Lse,
Who did you ask?
Mogger
I have asked but they won't do it.
I have for one not. I just "assumed" they would not supply such if not originally published in the RNS...its a fair and obvious point though.
Rgds Sft
Anyone actually spoken to someone at Rockhopper with a view to getting the breakdown of the polling?
That's what I would do. Rather than just moan on an internet forum.
Mogger
As you say Yanbu: not publishing tells its own story. Thank you for chasing it up none the less.
Rgds Sft
Just received a note from my Brokers . They can't obtain the voting breakdown unless they get published by the useless Bods . In my opinion , the Bod have done this on purpose to avoid loss of face ( which will have backfired on them anyway ) due to the votes being so close to a turnover . Then again , how do we know that the whole shebang has not been fiddled . What a shower of sh-t !!
