" the partner had already initiated legal proceedings against the Company which resulted in the Company receiving a letter late on 20th December informing it of the proceedings".
No mention as to whether the proceedings have restarted. The company reports as if the JV is still intact. In reality it might be completely different. Trying to hold onto the coattails of the JV partner.
"This DSO operation would consist of excavation and export of raw ore so will involve no processing plant, no chemicals, no pipeline and no tailings."
NO processing plant
NO chemicals
NO pipeline
NO tailings
A nice, clean & simple Direct Shipping Ore operation to Oz
" Discussions are underway between the partners regarding the budgeting and funding of the Mambare project. These discussions include exploring various alternative JV structures, including a re-framed JV arrangement"..
Not made up. words. The project JV is under discussion. " Budgetting and funding". Now they've told you. Prepare. I wonder how the money for funding is going to be raised? Your cash for their many, many, many shares?
So the doom mongers posting daily nonsense on this board have been proved to be wrong again! Desperate times call for desperate measures I wonder what nonsense they will focus on today. No doubt to be proven wrong again.
So the CEO is boring??!! Well that must mean the company are going no where lol
Give it up lads the deramping is boring if not consistent.
Along with Andrew Bell Scott Kaintz hands are all over RGMs atrocious past. So it's pretty worrying that he is the one commentating in today's RNS and with him being RGM CEO he will also be doing next week's RGM interview.
They often say the CEO is above the chairman. So it seems like Scott Kaintz is the boss of RGM.
PS:. I know on Monday there was much excitement on twitter that the RGM CEO was doing an interview next week. Monotone Scott does tedious boring interviews. Lol I can't imagine there will be much excitement when PIs watch that interview.
Really happy with that update.
Things going well, and the JV relationship in good standing.
From this RNS extract it says ground penetrating radar work should largely be finished by Q2, so by June 2020. Then data from this GPR likely later in 2020. Notice how it says "likely 2020" so to that means not guaranteed in 2020.
From RNS:
"Oro Nickel expects the GPR field work will be largely completed on site by the end of Q2 2020. Processing is to be handled in Canada, with the release of final data from these efforts likely later in 2020 after which the Company will issue an update on the results"
" the partner had already initiated legal proceedings against the Company which resulted in the Company receiving a letter late on 20th December informing it of the proceedings".
Put your hands over your ears. Australia has telephones I hear. A news blackout. When you are told the result you'll think of a pig with thick lipstick.
I don't personally believe any of these rises. It wouldn't surprise me if the same person/people are routinely buying a few shares and then selling them again later in the day to try and make it look like there is volume.
So let's get this straight. Today's small rise is because some of you are getting excited because it's been confirmed that the RGM CEO is doing an interview next week?
You do realise that the RGM CEO is super dull Scott Kaintz?
Tape and store the interview. It might be deleted in the future. What is said might later be denied. This share price needs pumping. There will be a hope it rises in anticipation of the interview. Don't be drawn in. There are telephones in Australia. Has the pending court case been averted? Is a fresh cash raise on the horizon? There is a need for pumping. Hence the interview. Prepare for poor news.
Interview next week

I am 60. I don't think I'll live long enough to see terms agreed with the PNG government and land holders. Past experience with investing in that country tells me so, and the mother of all assumptions that this ridiculous company RGM could mange to get that far.
Queensland already has an existing industry of importing Nickel ore for processing, been doing it for decades.
DNi chemicals are recycled too.
http://www.directnickel.com/our-process/about-the-process/
Worth having a look at them to see the benefits over traditional Nickel processing
You're correct. Environmentalists will love it. Scrape 630,000,000 tonnes of rubble out of the ground, put it in trucks and drive it to the coast on local roads, ship it to Australia and treat it with nitric acid and deposit 630,000,000 tonnes of rubble(contaminted) in Australia. The environmentalists will love the it. And the locals.
And you've just highlighted another ((((( MASSIVE ))))) benefit of a DSO operation, compared to traditional on site processing.
Mambare DSO operation won't have any on site processing, no nasty chemicals, no slurry pits etc etc. No no, Mambare DSO will be a nice clean operation.
Locals & environmentalists will love it
Another reason why developments at Pure Minerals are of importance to RGM.
If a deal is struck between the parties, Mambare won't need it's own plant, no CAPEX.
Thus don't need as high a Nickel price as any other operator whom would need to build their own plant.
Someone taking the opp to bed & ISA a chunk of stock.
Wish I'd still got this years allowance to use too :(
Laters, BooBoo. Enjoyed our chat last week.
Suppose I've still got Magic & Partridge to keep me company
"To be serious. Time for talking. Time for hyping needs to stop. These past few years RGM have talked about Mambare and talked about doing more exploration but nothing materialised.
So if RGM are truly serious about advancing Mambare then quickly do something and show true commitment. Otherwise they are a joke."
Couldn't agree with that post more,I am retiring too BTW , theres no point in investing here ATM cos the nickel cycle is so far away and there will be a lot of dilution between here and when that gets started , good luck with everything , I have enjoyed your company and same to you Stephen.
So long everyone Bells has gone .... mission accomplished .
Need a cuddle? Some Scooby snacks maybes? No wait.. some spinach !
I fear your resolve is wearing thin fella.
Perhaps I'll do some in-situ value calcs for Mambare, that ought to tweak your nips a bit lol
2020. Though I might post on some other threads.
To be honest Stephen. this Regency mines thread is a depressing place, so we are bound to post (you included) a few boring tedious posts. And trying to attempt sophisticated humour in a morgue like thread like this, well you and i will always fail.
If they don't fold. I'll probably post again next month.
February of which year? :)
Though when I say "quickly". Presently the Papua New Guinea rainy season is happening. So nothing will be happening for many many months.
PS:. I'm fully aware my posts are really tedious (I bore myself). So I will stop posting until at least February.
