Easdale is now threatening to take legal action against Dave King personally, for not delivering a new NOMAD. Given Easdale was on the board that orchestrated the previous NOMAD's departure without, it appears, facilitating any handover from WH Ireland to Cantor Fitzgerald...... made me laugh, King isn't even a board member yet. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32171135 Good luck Sandy, looks like you have blown your dough .....
@stuzeeuk - "made me laugh, King isn't even a board member yet. " made you laugh????? Our historic club thrown off AIM market.... our shareholders once more burnt, fans £650,000 invested via RST gone.... King is shadow board member - even PM is interim !!!! last day go away you celtic supporting troll you have nothing to add
£650,000 to get shot of the old board who burned £70m looks like a bargain to me....
Stitched up like a kipper by chuckles. Karma big man - karma. Onwards and upwards - 55 here we come.
CB - You just don't get it. You are so blind. Non-Sensicle has an excuse. He's a stupid CFC supporter on the wind-up. Sandy Easdale's holding will now command about 2p per share. Prior to suspension his holding was valued at just over £1.79M. Today it is worth circa £101K. He just lost £1.69M due to the malfeasance of Murray, Gilligan, Park, Blair and Bennett. Do you think for one second he is going to walk away from this and put it down to expereience. Allow me to provide a precedent with Imran Ahmed. Prior to his out of court settlement he issued proceedings to freeze a sizeable amount in RIFC's capital. Easdale will do the same. So £1.69M will be frozen from any loans used as working capital. With costs, that will be £2M. Others will follow suit. King will bail out when the writs start piling up leaving the 5 on the board facing losses and fines in seven figures. They might even file for administration to mitigate their losses. Karma? Yes only to CFC trolls like Non-Sensicle.
The value of shares can go down as well as up. Football clubs are not sensible investments. The biters bit. I'm enjoying their overdue comeuppance.
Think about this carefully CB. Our club was liquidated and James Traynor had RIP RFC on the front pages of what was then the Daily Record. An opportunist on the make issued an IPO. Fans bought as many shares as they could afford as they wanted to save the club from another insolvency event. Two years later, everything they invested is practically worthless. If you ignore the financial losses, what is much more painful is that their stake in the club they support is also diluted. Sure The Easdales and others took a bath as that is what King does and has been doing for 30 years, but there will be a sting in the tail. It will bring the club to its kness. The 'Wigs' may be gone, but their solicitors have just started. We will soon discover exactly which NOMAD was prepared to accept King as proposed Chairman. If this is yet another lie by the Interim Chairman he will be finished.
Kieron Prior has named the engaged Nomad in the press. He also said PM had called him personally.
