Great... That's a relief. Thanks to everyone who responded. Can now breath and hopefully look forward to these rising in the near future.... Thanks again
Any questions about Newry Gasification Plant, Clay Cross or Enfield needs to be part of your fundamental research into the company. I would buy any shares until one has at least an idea of what the company does and what assets are being bought by Ebioss. Joining the dots is part of the fun. GLA
The number of shares in issue increases to settle the debt. The debt now becomes a receivable (owed to the enlarged group). The increase in market cap reflects the receivable now owed to the enlarged company and the clearance of the debt REAC owed. The name changes to EQTEC PLC and is part of the Ebioss Group.. Ebioss increase their stake to 51% which allows them to appoint a majority board of directors. Nothing changes regarding your shares except perhaps the potential going forward.
Once resolutions passed expect newsflow regarding developments and with that upside in SP
You will hold the same number of shares but there will be more shares in issue once Ebioss are given their shares. Ebioss are extremely unlikely to sell their shares for many reasons. I am certainly not worried. This has huge potential and you are in a very good share with huge upside. Dont forget to vote. Call up and say yes to the proposed resolutions.
Hi all, Please could someone tell me what is believed to happen when this company switches names. Am I likely to have less shares after this happens, or should everything (price , number of shares) stay pretty much the same. A bit worried as relatively new to this.... Cheers
Whats Newry?
Ebioss are not taking over REAC at 5.63p and 10p to mess about at these levels IMO.
Whats newry and its significance please?
At today's price 10m. Which is under the price to complete Newry alone.
What will be the mcap once all this is passed please? Thanks
Great post GM
Ebioss takeover is a gamechanger because they can raise funds via China Energy. Remember: this share is not REAC after Monday. It is EQTEC and it will have 150 million shares in issue, no debt, a loan of 5 million euros to NBL on the balance sheet. This loan will be paid on receipt of funding. If Ebioss have the funding sorted (why announce that a timeline for construction will be announced if no funding?) then Newry is set for completion. Enfield site could be bought. Clay Cross will more than likely go forward. And most importantly, Ebioss have made it clear EQTEC PLC will be a part of the £330m+ project pipeline in the UK. With only 27% of fully diluted shares in free float after the RTO this could get messy. The most important thing Ebioss bring is access to capital. Very important considering this was REAC's problem. Perhaps some derisked worried about the resolutions not being passed but as the BOD's s/h circular makes clear, this takeover is the only real option for the company to move forward. As to undervaluation the assets of the new company will be nearly £14 million pounds inc the receivables. Add to this the potential funding and the value Ebioss can add with their partners China Energy then you will see the value gap close and EQTEC will start frontrunning. GLA.
OK just go to the Vox Markets site and search REAC.
A few bits on Vox. https://www.**********.co.uk/company/REAC
The funding with be a combination of equity and debt of 11.2 million. Once this is finalised Reac will receive a 5 million Euro payment into its bank account.
If Ebioss have bought the Enfield site then you can expect fireworks.
Enfield site. They are in negotiations with the new owner. Is the new owner Ebioss??? Newry Funding - we are waiting for the outcome regarding the discussions with several parties re heads of agreement. Read this RNS. http://www.lse.co.uk/regulatory-news-article.asp?ArticleCode=54u85fbi&ArticleHeadline=Final_Results_and_Notice_of_AGM
Funding of newry? How's that work? What's the news due on enfield
Im hoping Ebioss have bought the Enfield site.
No worries The main drivers are 1. Ebioss are taking 51% of the company. 2. They have bought 10p warrants at a price of 100k. 3. Ebioss are partnered up with China company who have 330million of UK projects in the pipeline 4. Reac will receive 5 million euro payment upon funding of Newry. 5. Clayton Cross, Enfield news due. Take a look at Ebioss website. This is a game changer for the company. Why anyone would sell now is beyond me.
be good to get a view on where the business is and what the potential news drivers are I'm not familiar with the sector and the RNS was fairly heavy
I can assist. What do you need clarification on?
Likewise expecting to see a bit more momentum this afternoon to finish off the week. Hoping you're right Groucho and the news brings the crowds with it.
ive been trying to get my head around this stock this last day or two. can someone summarise the current position here... ie what are the news drivers and why it is undervalued? also aren't the shares in issue wrong here.
