I'm not a fan of CS, nor the fact that we have been lied to about it by the 2 incompetents.
Throughout their stewardship they have been guilty of bad decisions :-
Parta-failed
Deltic- embarrassing effort to take them over making us a laughing stock in the O&G space.
Simwell- disastrous, waste of money & more dilution, at that stage our CEO's should have been sacked. Simwell had been looking to be bought out for at least 2 years until our 2 mugs took the bait.
DBRM- nothing to say except its a complete disaster illustrating our 2 crooks lack of ability.
WN- after initially over extending RBD we were once again lied to & now show no appetite to move things forward.
CS- well jury's still out.
They claim to put a lot of store in DD, I see no evidence of any.
Over the years they have proved to be an unmitigated disaster. They will milk this company dry.
Its going to go bust soon, the investment into CS the most likely straw that.
Why there has been no urgency to do something at WN is bewildering and the respect for shareholders none existent!
I think CS is a white elephant & we paid far too much for our &age anyway.
Without WN this company is finished.
So our only hope is CS, that one is at the end of the rainbow!
Odins, that's right, i remember DB saying as much in a podcast some time ago. The current political climate won't help either.
It will be American money that unlocks this stalemate not Canadian.
Now UJO have got a new director on board perhaps they can't afford it.
Morning Uggy,
I hold both RBD and UJO. UJO have stated that they are comfortable with their 16.6% of WN and have no desire to acquire a larger percentage.
I think they have although I don't think UJO would be interested.
Our hopes are WN & CS, the odds are against us!
How come RBD & UJO don't have enough between them to buy Rathlin out?
There may have been persimmon but any suitor would want a huge slice of the pie & we'd get diluted to oblivion. The 2 filthbags have known this for over a year.
Uggy, I think RBD were hoping that a 'white knight' would come along before this time and give them a helping hand to bail Rathlin out. Now it would appear no one is there and they (RBD) will have to carry the financial burden themselves. Within the next few weeks we will know, one way or another.
Most of us have thought for a long time that RBD would have to bail Rathlin out. In fact that deal should have been done some time ago. Yes it's looking like 2025 for WN which is an outrage.
What happened to the early production permit we were told would be given by end of 2023 ???
Just more lies, we should be used to that by now. They're just a pair of crooks.
I would not be surprised given the apparent lack of external funds to proceed with West Newton and the fact that Reabold Resources are already the majority shareholders of Rathlin, that a full takeover of Rathlin will be initiated before the end of June. That would obviously take time to ratify and push any already projected drilling timetable of W.N into 2025.
Delay, delay delay.
OMO and G.L to all us investors.
Uggy100 -bite the bullet like I did years ago. Lost some thousands and kept under 100000 shares written in my mind down to zero 'just for interest'! Much healthier.
Well I think we all realise by now that our 2 cretins have lost the plot.
Overdue at Companies House.
GP if I had a chance to be in profit I'd be out in a flash, run away, & never look back.
Hi Uggy. I certainly hope they get round to drilling at WN this year. For a day or two I've been sitting on a VERY small profit here. But not any longer!
If the 2 goons are to be believed funding for Rathlin is expected to be concluded by the end of q2. That's looking more & more unlikely imo to the extent that a WN drill in 2024 also becomes unlikely.
The 2 pigs have made a total balls up of everything they touch, complete arrogance & incompetence.
That WN drilling rumour started in sime Wine Bar soon fizzled out by the look of things?
Back to where it was exactly 1 year ago.
I suppose we can expect them to pay themselves a bonus over the sale of Victory whilst screwing the shareholders.
‘ I wouldn't trust them to manage my chocolate bar draw...’
I’m sure they will be slipping their sticky fingers in and out of it!
Some chunky buys and sells going through today...this is all on the throw of a dice now that the two 🤡 🤡 have screwed almost everything up here. I wouldn't trust them to manage my chocolate bar draw...
