In the last few days tomco energy have updated their website. On it they state.
Valkor will bring expertise from its experience working with Petroteq Energy, an oil sands specialist also based in Utah, which uses its own proprietary separation process. Valkor holds a licence to use the Petroteq process within the USA.
Is it now done? Do they have the licence? If so why are we not being told?
My apologies it says Petroteq licence. My error.
Simples Mike Kirk is on Holiday. thats Why.
As per TomCo's RNS dated 17 June 2020 "Pursuant to the amended JV Agreement, Valkor has agreed, subject to Valkor being issued a licence by Quadrise to its MSAR® Technology as set out in the Company's announcement of 19 June 2020, to assign to Greenfield the benefit of such licence with effect from the date of its grant." I think we can safely assume they have the licence now so very poor comms that the BoD did not confirm this, IMO,
