Good morning guys. How do yous have so much energy to argue .
Just sit it out to the test results or sell and move on. Theres not really any other option. All the typing in the world wont change that.
The guy warning everyone - we know the risk. If i wasnt prepared to lose the lot id be invested elsewhere
Sorry ‘bout the typo....Iran = It’s !!
Apologies supersonic , however I’m still curious .....
Can you be a bit more specific , or to coin a phrase, put a bit more ‘meat on the bone ‘ other than generalisations as to why QBT formerly CLP are likely to fail / fold ... I mean I ive heard all the refs to the mad prof , it’ll disappear, Iran going nowhere etc etc .... but there’s no detail as to specifically why ....
So would love to hear proper detail If poss , as helps with evaluating and decision making etc ....
Cheers
In fairness Ltd , this para ....
'Notwithstanding the above, the Directors note the material uncertainty in relation to the Group being unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.'
.... is pretty much a standard insertion to probably 50% of filed stats , subject the context (wording before it and after it) ..... and it’s probably moreso 75% standard in AiM and throughout the junior markets , due to the nature of the beast/s , high capex , R &D costs , lower or growing income etc !
What did you think of this bit in the results res Addison?
'Notwithstanding the above, the Directors note the material uncertainty in relation to the Group being unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.'
What is material uncertainty in accounting?
A material uncertainty is one relating to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the entity's ability to continue as a going concern and that may, therefore, indicate that it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.
Thanks SS for a very interesting and pragmatic reply ! I’m invested here but I try not to be a ramper. Apologies to all if I have ever done so !?
I just don’t agree with you on the Good Coffee ! .... no such thing as ‘Good’ Italian coffee ! ;-) In fact , despite popular opinion, there’s no such thing as Italian coffee !
Eddie ,,,,, I am not an expert , far from it . I have only invested 3 times . I did a lot of research before I invested here . I know there are risks . But I believe the team QBT have and what is going on outweighs the risks . I am all in here with everything bar a small amount I have in BLU ,, If QBT fails I loss everything. I am not telling anyone else to invest here . I just say how I see it .
Hey Supersonic , 2 Q’s for you:-
Q1) QBT share price is +60% in the last year? Is that gain all from ramping ?
Q2) Why would you be here to save us all ? Why would a non-investee waste their time doing so ? (Sorry 3 Q’s !)
Try not to rude or insulting with reply ;-)
And your mate Eddie is wan k e r
Supersonic fed up with you now.
I will take one for the team of LTH.
You are a **** . Report that.
Eddie agree with your comments and find it funny some people think FG is reading this thread or cares about it.
At the end of the day we are are all in this for different reasons but we hope it will come good.
I read todays news both ways so sold half my holding and invested in ftse 350 companies that are over 50% down so over 3 years time whatever happens I should net out if they recover ok. If Qbt goes stellar then awesome but I’m covered either way so have no expectations. None of us really have a clue until results are announced everything else is speculation. Fingers crossed for good news but we have to be realistic as I’ve been investing on AIM for a long while and it’s very hit and miss.
Exactly 22Star- no pain no gain, Qbt are in good hands. I have just switched on Netflix, catch you guys tomorrow
If QBT achieve what they intend to , we won't be worrying about Bitcoin or finance reports , only about how we will spend our money
Sash1991 ,, you are right , I have said it myself also , several times , bitcoin and finances don't matter , its the test results that make or break QBT
I don't understand why people are worrying about fund raises etc.
The results coming up are make or break. Either sucess or fail. We going moon or zero.
Theres very little middle ground. Just see what happens and stop worrying about things that are unlikely an issue.
If yous are worried about a fund raise you really should be worrying about the new results.
I personally am worried about the test results, if they were good i imagine there would be some leakage and buying pressure. But ill ride it out and see what happens
Wasn't aimed at you Eddie.
Baffles me why people not invested in a company patrol these boards looking to chuck their two'penneth in.
Thanks for thinking of us. Really appreciate it.
Eddie, Super sonic etc…..all coming out to play today.
Patience is the key here, FG and the team are working on it and we need to give them time to deliver. Unfortunately, with investors we always want things straight away. I will be here for a while, however I do enjoy the banter here. Not today though due to all the trolls coming out. Lol
Quarterbrain go away we all know it is you
Just being sarcastic Ltd.
Why was that Suthy? I didn’t advise anyone to buy
Thanks Ltd, i bought some more today based on your advice
It won’t be an update on mining:
Miner One Limited
Miner One Limited is a 100% owned UK based entity. The entity itself was initially set up with the hope of transferring certain assets, notably a data centre located in Serbia into its possession. However, due to disputes with the previous joint venture partner this did not materialise. In 2021 this entity remained dormant and did not trade during the year. This entity only includes unpaid share capital and has not begun operating, it has been included in the consolidation with an overall impact of nil.
So would an AGM be a good time for a super update on proceedings? Or will this be an update on finances?
Just in:
Following the Company’s announcement earlier today, the Company wishes to confirm that the AGM will be held at 12.00 pm on Friday, 22 July 2022 at Company’s legal address, 22 Great James Street London WC1N 3ES
