This new trial for BT8009 is due to start in Jan 2024, and its specifically ( from what i understand ) for Expediting development of BT8009 for metastatic bladder cancer.
The whole presentation is here: https://investors.bicycletherapeutics.com/static-files/265210c3-233f-4dd8-af32-d34592398d85

The August RNS which would last 6mths would fit with the early 2024 trial
awarded a further contract by existing client Bicycle Therapeutics ("Bicycle") that it expects to be completed over the next six months. The project involves modelling and the use of bioinformatics data in support of target identification for undisclosed Bicycle programs.
Thankyou Kidlington
Could this be the 2 year "substantial "project announced in August ?
Today PYC updated their website to show the new COO and Dr Christophe Chassagnole has gone to CSO.

They are aligning with FDA to hopefully expedite the development of BT8009.
We have a very good working relationship with Bicycle. We have worked / are working on BT8009
This trial is due to start in 2024, i would be hoping to get news from PYC that they again have been chosen with Bicycle in early 2024.
I have clicked on the link, what do all those blue bars signify that like a spirograph
You requested information on 6th Sept and many people took the time to summarise PYC for you ?
What a strange summary
All the answers you seek have kindly been provided for you over the course of q number of weeks on here and/or available on PYC website and RNS
At least make Some effort to research
You have to understand the markets, too many people now are in it for a fast buck. They all pile into anything with momentum and just as quickly they all get out, that is why I always say after a strong run take some off the table. If it drops back you can buy them back rinse and repeat.
Very dodgy in my opinion, I bought in last week...
I understand - sort of - what they do and how, not sure of their market - how big is their universe for good paying clients and how good is their PR (etc, etc)
I'll keep holding as I bought high when most were probably taking profits...
Not a big holding but Iwon't be pound cost averaging..

Hello Acker
Yes, the current price seems insane given the momentum of news
Expecting some recovery for the rest of the week.
Acker
Truro
The share price rose from 1.30 to 3p BECAUSE of the value mentioned on the 2nd RNS (1/10th of market cap £125k) and because it was clear that the £1.5mln pipeline was now flowing through
Profit taking is natural from 3p
pyc have now quantified their pipeline even though some are confidential as CEO has mentioned in the Q and A
We now know Merck qre back on board too ( see weekend posts)
The recent contract news was great but I think the lack of numbers has held the SP back a bit. Hopefully we get the yearly update at the end of September and for me the interest will lie in the 1st quarter update. This could show a solid start to the year and perhaps provide figures for a record start to the year ahead. If so then a more sustainable SP rise could be on the cards. I can but dream!
"the recent placing was for GROWTH not working capital"
Another nugget from Laura here. If anyone believes this raise was for "growth" they are welcome to explain why it was conducted at a significant discount to the market cap. Growing companies have a strong story to sell to II's not a weak one which results in investors losing significant amounts of money.
I honestly don't know why people let this continue, it's embarrassing. Laura posted incorrect figures on cash burn claiming it was in the region of 50k as opposed to the circa 500k which I pointed out was accurate. It's there in the archive, from 7p downwards it's just bla bla bla.
I don't have an agenda on this stock because I have not had a financial interest in it since I flipped a few shares for profit back in 2020. Those that have a financial interest in it are happy to let this nonsense slide because they think that it may help the share price. It's immoral and the people who turn the other cheek to it deserve to lose their money.
Morning everyone. I’m afraid Kidlington, I don’t know Dr Ali at Kings. My involvement goes way back. What sort of information do you want Laura ? Hopefully I can help.
Kidlington said that VAL mentioned this so one would expect PYC to reference it soon (horizon funding)
Life, do you know of a Dr Zahid Ali of Kings college, he is a visiting fellow, and also works for UCB. He used to be a TR1 significant holder, but not on list now due to dilution after the raise a few months ago?
