Controlled accumulation is my guess sirrom
Sir rom perhaps someone was taking a bigger share than we thought . “· From 1 January 2023 the net profit accruing to Provexis on sales of Fruitflow in the calendar year - on a pro-forma basis, assuming like for like sales and margins - would be materially ahead of the net share of the profit that would have accrued to Provexis with like for like sales and margins under the existing 2010 Alliance Agreement; on the same pro-forma basis, assuming like for like sales and margins, the net profit accruing to Provexis would further increase in each of the subsequent three calendar years.”
Everhopeful, When I first bought the PXS shares they were £0.24p and in a very short time, the price shot down to something like £0.09p. Much later when they went down to £0.0002p, I bought about 2,000,000 of shares. I was terrified that Provexis might fold and die altogether, but I took the chance anyway and it brought my average down to £0.012p.
The thing I cannot understand about Provexis is, their product is now ALL AROUND THE WORLD, yet the share price is SO LOW. It doesn’t make any sense to me at all.
Sirrom I used to think PXS would go to 34p once ! PMSL . I now would be delighted with 2p. Focus on happy and keep drinking.
Someone’s mopping these up at the lower prices over the last 3 or 4 weeks ,IF come on there must be something worth reporting !
There's also ample evidence that "bad news merchants" will arrive at the precise time MM's have dipped the sp.
Just saying.
MM's will always drop price to pick up stop losses.
If gixer hadn't been kind enough to share all his research I'd be worried, but he has and I'm not

Hi Sirrom, Its never nice to be sitting on a paper loss on any share.
There are no guarantees when investing in a company but in my opinion 1.2p is not unachievable. News on By-Health or Provexis announcing a profit could easily see the sp much higher than were it is at the moment.
Hi Gixer, very early on, I had 75,000 shares, and we (my wife and I) have used their Fruitflow tablets since day one. I knew nothing about Provexis shares until a friend introduced me to them.
He had learned that I had come into a large sum of money from my Mother's estate. Within days of buying them the price went down rapidly, I lost a lot of money. Needless to say the friend disappeared and we have never spoken again.
Slowly over time I have increased the shares to 2,500,000 and my average is £0.012p to get my money back. But I don' think Provexis will ever make to that sum. Over all I love the Fruitflow but not their share price.
Getting down towards my average.
Was hoping to get some more cheaply, but unfortunately no cleared funds :(
Fingers crossed wellsite , gixer I know plenty about what hasn't happened , always jam tomorrow isn't it.
The actual selling responsibility comes under Provexis' brief from next year, and I expect we will see more news on that soon. I did suggest to Mr Ford that we'd see a full on marketing strategy outline, but, of course, this wasn't something he was able to discuss. Frustrating, but rules is rules.
ever
during hard times the use of antidepressants increases.

everhopeful, you said previously "I find it amazing that people just have one investment interest"
Well, I find it even more amazing that people are invested in a company that they thing so little about.

Lol , he has had over a £ Mn out of PXS , how does he sleep at nights ? If we have a WW recession ( likely) then I can't see sales increasing .
Would be interesting to know how this is selling.

It's the one that was created by Nestle Accelerator program to help small companies launch innovative products. Hope it doing well, as it may encourage Nestle to launch FF products.
pumpky
I can't argue with the facts but another fact is we've only had patent protection for a few years. Without it FF was basically worthless - with the likes of tomatonews trying to jump on the bandwagon.
Just surfing around I see more and more places where FF products are out of stock (not discontinued) which I see as only positive. There is a huge expectation now, given the latest updates, on IF now to start delivering the long overdue rise in SP.

Excellent news; All time low losses:13 years in a row:
Errm. Unless I'm mistaken, the credit crunch was a phenomenon of 2008/9.
We have already been told.
"The Company expects to report total revenue for the year of £426k and an underlying operating loss of £173k. The expected £173k underlying operating loss for the year is 23% ahead of the prior year (2021: an underlying operating loss of £225k) and is an all-time low number for the business."
Next years results should see 3 months of increased revenue due to the new agreement with DSM and hopefully something from By-Health.
What with the credit crunch unless ByHealth pull a rabbit out the bag the loss will be worse imo.
We know most of what will be said regarding income ,I’m hoping we get a bit more info on the DSM / ByHealth agreements , and progress on blue cap ,but I won’t be holding my breath
