Perhaps PXOG should buy WGO out of El Romeral?
Placing for this??
El Romeral does figure in the last WGO quarterly activities report with reasonably positive words about €4.2m pa revenue potential and drilling up to 3 new wells, etc. …
https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20200424/pdf/44h71vyt51dxsf.pdf
But a few days later (27/04/20) WGO announced that they have agreed “the next stage appraisal plan for West Erregulla”. Now this might be about pushing STX to a more acceptable bid that would also leave WGO with Spanish assets, or it might be just what it says? Difficult to work out the motivation of the two 20% WGO shareholding Scottish gents – Duncan MacNiven has stepped down from the board (though remains a ‘senior executive’), while Dennis Donald is moving to Perth.
In the meantime Tarba have added El Romeral to their web site front page and pinned it to their Twitter …

Perhaps PXOG should buy WGO out of El Romeral? OK, let’s confirm the transfer first! Please DYOR.

Just noticed that El Romeral is no longer showing on the Warrego website where it was previously, anyone got any thoughts on this?
If last few days are to go by then break through the 15's
Hi all,
What do you think the sp will be at: i) end of 2020 and ii) 2021? Details would be appreciated (in layman's terms) guys.
we had a RNS.......
just about the AGM.
come on ED!
On the plus side price of gas is in the upward trend
One day lad this gas giant will be exposed as to big for even Ed to hold it back
Its as if Ed has no idea what has been going on due to the virus and travel restrictions, hence the lack of news .
3 months without an update or even a quarterly review !!- very poor indeed Ed - one has to wonder how much better off the SP would be if we had a more business focused MD with a bit of flair. !!??
In fact it would be nice if Warrego take us over - this must be on their agenda with the portfolio cross over and them keen to get an AIM listing - could we even merge ??
No news for three months - Ed may yet surprise us all with 3 news updates in three consecutive days - I doubt it - but one RNS would be nice ……… Yawn zzzzzzzzz
are you receiving, over?
excuse the typos!
unleash the tiger thats bern tied up lol.
to think 1p isnt too far out of thr question for fair value here. if that tiger becomes unleashed and moneys going back into the aim market the herd will turn up and push this into crazy heights! just need the right news and a little nudge and off we go!
already risen from 0.05p nearing 200% eithout a peep from the rainbow chasers. still flying under the radar and the rise hasnt dropped off which is very surpring considering how PXOF sp has went over the last 2-3years. has pxog finally turned a corner from the horrible bear trend? well needs to pass 0.15-0.16p to technically say its out of the bear trend but thats not far away! and another question you gotta ask if the rise from 0.05p is still be substained does that mean theres a buyer in the background gobbling up all the shares at these levels awaiting on news coming out? one of Ed's drinking buddies from the pub?
With the right news I can't see why we couldn't match such a rise - C'mon Ed give the dog a bone …...
a rise like todays MTFB would be nice Ed... come on you know you want to!
awesome rise over there and well done if anyone made a bit of moola from it!
0,125 to sell now
... I see after the first hour of leaving the bid at 0.01155 and the offer at broads figure from Thursday that the MM’s have moved the bid up to 0.125 (actual) and gone 12/15 before leaving for the pub today with ED.
It must be because it’s a nice day... so finished early for a Monday
Hi All the start of another week for us all
So RNS this week then??
I only ask as I have over 10mill shares
are you referring to a consolidation into the teens
All information taken from RNS’s, corporate presentation, Peterhouse report.
Romania
1.0 bcf net 1/2P reserves (Bainet / Granicesti), Bainet producing for over 1 year
Italy
2.3 bcf net 1/2P Reserves - ~€4m
2.4 bcf (1.6 risked) net 2C Contingent Resources
15.0 bcf (4.6 risked) net 2U Prospective Resources
Spain – El Romeral
0.15 bcf net 1/2P reserves
2.5 bcf (risked?) net 2C Contingent Resources (Romeral-4, Tarazona – PUD’s)
44.8 bcf (34.8 risked) net 2U Prospective Resources
Spain – Tesorillo (not inc. Ruedalabola)
414 bcf net 2U Prospective Resources, Peterhouse valuation @ 10% CoS and 50% commercial risk - ~€22m, so on 2.2bn shares that’s ~0.8p / share.
Looks to me (please DYOR) that PXOG current SP might well be based on Romania production and less than half of Selva reserves?
Once the El Romeral transfer is completed we will have a 49.9% share of ~€800k pa (before lock-down) with upside of >€4m pa. The effective date is 16th July 2019, so 2019 accounts due later this year should show a full year production revenue from Romania, nearly 6 months from El Romeral and the power station asset value. Perhaps this (and the gas in the ground) will make PXOG look quite different to the ‘market’?
Need the El Romeral transfer approval.
Need the Selva final environmental and production approvals.
Need the Tesorillo CPR update and well location decision.
All-in-all, as we come out of ‘lock-down’, PXOG looks way undervalued to me.

Everytime i have a look through the RNS's i keep thinking alot of gas , small percentages but alot of gas . Tesorillo is massive if they can make it flow , alot of gas !!
