is circum even economically viable?
I dont know their potential operating costs but potash prices are down around 25% over last year.
potash is forecast to fall further this year.
Matt, will there ever be a good time for Circum?
Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and get on with it!!!
cant see anything out of Zimbabwe till post lockdown can anyone else?
not sure circum could ipo as early as next year, Potash prices are through the floor right now.
all we had in the webinar was a repeat of feb and it managed to get a placing away then.
Yep MM white noise, bit like anything out of Prem since 2013. You keep averaging down there, sure it'll all come good. Sensible people just trade the carp out of it as it's the only profit on the horizon here.
Do like your constant white noise, everything is coming maybe next week, you've been spouting the same now for months on end to what end?
Roll on some 3Bn shares being issued over the next month or so, will do wonders for the price
Snowking--we agree on many matters.
Maybe we just present them in a different way.
Acker , i do not often agree with you , but i do agree with most you say .
i think the circum money should be used wisely and not paid all in a dividend in my opinion. .
I expect the circum issue will become more real when plans are released at the upcoming circum shareholders meeting.
I expect IPO as a total guess January or Q 2021.
MM - thanks for the reminder in that out of the new £30M GR has gone through we used some of it to dig a trench in 2011.
PMSL if this is your latest we're going to be rich angle
Snowking--if I was in charge of future planning:
Obtain Zulu EPO then take to DFS.
Sell lithium operation but retain areas of gold.
Would not pay dividend on Circum, pay all outstanding debts use to finance takeover of MNH
With dividends from MNH start work on Katete.
If ever RHA produces revenue use this source as general working capital.
Must have cash reserve.
Must always have sufficient working capital
Acker
Okay SK I'll mention it - Katete was identified in the prospectus several years ago as being the second priority for Prem to exploit with the funds raised on listing.
Guess what ,meant SFA all then and means SFA now, it's a scrap of ground with next to SFA work done on it and we don't have the cash to do anything with it now. Just more GR BS from over the years
Happy now?
acker interesting , Katete is meant to be very good and few people mention it .
Yeah, we're private Liars fan club. He's the best pumper and dumper on LSE. We follow him everywhere but as he said he's usually pumped and dumped before we get there. Got in today though ready for the pump. Come on Mat put some more money into this pit ;)
Hammered,
You are correct, low volume today but there were almost 1,000 transactions.
Over the past few weeks someone has been hoovering up PREM share, with many of the transactions being for as little as 1,000 shares. I wouldn't be surprised if this person is now approaching the 3% mark.
AIMHO, Bickmaster
Matt-the demand may continue to increase however this will easily be matched by supply.
Other factors you may wish to consider;
A] The environmental impact of lithium mines.Numerous articles about how great lithium is--but at what cost to the planet.
The environmental lobby gains influence each day.
B] Recycled lithium batteries--this will come, not far away now .
C] Replacement for lithium--plenty of work going on to find a replacement
Acker
A very quiet day moneywise, only 48k bought and sold.
Interest waning?
Reading some of the peoples posts, makes you wonder why they are still here. You’d think they’d find something else to get involved in, if things are so bad.
Lithium price has been crashing for a while acker.
There was too much supply before demand cratered with covid 19 in any case.
Acker, im aware of the strong supply for Lithium but demand is still going to increase 1000% up to around 2035.
This latest dip will cut capital expenditure and mothball pits till prices recover (a bit like with oil).
Is that from a personal perspective Matt... Or are you speaking on behalf of someone else?
matt--interested to know why you think the long term prospect for lithium price is any better than current ?
Doubt it will be NIEEF lol
yes rob exactly, it'll take about 4 years to get it to become a mine.
I not worried about getting a JV for it as potential investors would take the long term view.
im just worried it'll be NIEFF because it'll be nothing but delays.
It will take 18-24 to get to dfs anyway
I meant DFS not JORC. Hopefully Stephen Dattels comes in after selling off his Lithium assets its a possibility.
acker, the trouble is we dont know whats at ZULU. we have a preliminary target.
It'll take millions to get it to JORC and hopefully NIEEF wont be our joint venture partner.
ZULU has a lot of potential but i agree with you that Lithium prices having crashed it wouldn't be economically viable right now. 18-24 months time Lithium prices should recover.
When the EPO arrives the SP should rise.
A golden opportunity for traders ,the volume will be tremendous.
So once all the party goers leave what happens ?
Prem has an EPO.
For my part,I envisage a fall in SP.
Prem can no longer look to lithium as the base for Zulu revenue,as it stands i cannot see Zulu being a viable lithium mine.
Katee is the one--sell ZULU as quick as you can.
