Theo; When are you going to realise that you can not avoid the Question ! Now I know you are not that well educated in the English language and that you will never admit your mistakes, so I will spell it out a little simpler :-
The Question has nothing to do with Pensana ! You profess to be the X-Sprot on all things RE so I am asking you to name another Company that is better ie One that has achieved more in a shorter time ?
That you continually fail to answer anything goes a long way to proving that you are in reality an ignoramus and actually know very little as to the facts that drive this industry, IMO you are nothing more than a paid blogger and are given your agenda and scripts by your clients ?
Theo,
Your timing is just as I expected. I presume you had a nice break in Verona or wherever, if that is where you were. I hope you caught some opera at the coliseum as its a spectacular venue that leaves an eternal memory under a starlight evening. As for Pensana they have the rights to 81% of the resources of NdPr for a mine supply of at least 14 years to Saltend. They have a patented process and I think its fantastic that you have not been able to source it out as it tells me that Chinese competitors could not find the details either. They have a great team being put together and they invested heavily in the FEED project. Follow on engineering is being done on the AWF monies is likely to be very supportive for the LJ bond. The UK Government monies are probably research funds taking NdO to the metal and if it was a £5M or so the research grant that is huge for what it is intended to do. Some of the best brains will be working with Pensana on that aspect.
Can the project fail to get funding or will they have challenges on delivery on receiving funds. Of course risks exist. The frustration of the Vestas CEO on UK government slowness behind everything in the climate protection and energy field was evident on television earlier this week or possibly last week when they reported. It took 10 years for the Sizewell new reactor to get approved in Suffolk. I was down there in May wondering if it would ever happen. The current energy emergency is crystallising decision making. If the UK Government can not respond to it and realise that indecision has a massive cost on everybody and everything we do, then the public will want change as the alternative is something they won't put up with. So I do respond to the macro events and observations although my micro observations as you call them, help my investment returns considerably and I openly share views on LSE. What you do not share is your investment positions here, your own background on why you have such strong feelings against Paul Atherley. If you lost in the past and it gives you a great feeling to be a thorn in his side then be open about it. Many readers want to see honesty from you as your opinions imply a personal aspect and other readers then have a right to think you an agent in London inside the Chinese embassy paid to write on here. Regards Tony
ConspiracyTheorist - can you confirm at what point you admit defeat? You have been wrong every time so far, as you are reminded of on a regular basis.
Theo , Are you down to regurgitating your old posts, Again totally inaccurate as always being a non shareholding troll , You would think whoever is paying you would find better talent as you are now a embarrassment to your employer.
Theorist -RE: ATF update23 Mar 2022 19:52
Sorry Mumbles to burst your balloon. But you are living in planet Zog. Examples of companies seeking to obtain funds from the ATF include Pensana, which owns some scrub land in an African abstention country and which is seeking planning permission for a toxic processing plant on farmland in East Yorkshire. The company does not have anything to process, has no proprietary magnet technology and no production experience but it optimistic that the UK government will write them a very large cheque. Have I missed anything out of this announcement? Is this announcement more accurate than the one you quoted? Don’t be afraid of being honest.
China your question is dull. Pensana have not yet achieved anything, the 60p share price reflects that. Don't lose sight of the fact that at the moment all they have is their scrubland, a farm in East Yorkshire and a board enjoying fat salaries. And my bet was that they would not break ground and raise finance by the end of July, Mumbles had the good grace to concede that he lost and paid up. Dao decided that the ATF money we all knew about counted as the raise and he welched. I know you are desperate to become a multi millionaire and that this is your last chance and hopefully the brilliant equestrian can bring home the bacon for you. And give your side kick a nudge, I think the needle's stuck.
China - ConspiracyTheorist has zero credibility on here regardless of his response. He has predicted every outcome, without fail, incorrectly, i.e. he has a 100% failure rate.
Anyone new on here needs to know that.
Theo; What are you doing back here ?
You Welshed on your bet, and you still have failed to answer my question:
Name one RE Company that has achieved so much in so little time ???
Until you can give us a sensible answer to that question; you have no credibility on this Bulletin Board whatsoever, Any Ignoramus can spout FUD, DP and Eloro have proved that !
Yes, I suspect I do know what you think Theorist: I agree with you, It is indeed a bankable project.
Thus we await the final piece of the puzzle and as you correctly say, it’s all about finance. Get it, the project is built and the equivalent value is some 30-35 times what it is now when comparable to LYC and MP. (And that’s just in 2023, who knows what nope prices will be buying that, Adamas has some thoughts on this).
But for now, we wait, two governments fully throwing their support behind us, car makers cueing up for off-takes.
A massive resource with great logistics in Longonjo waiting to be mined and shipped.
Enjoy your weekend.
Old Theo you cannot help yourself as usual casting aspersions that so far have all being proven wrong , Same old down ramping sentiment causing FUD on a daily weekly basis as a non shareholder, And to be honest nobody cares what you think.
Tony. I think rather than conduct a micro analysis you might benefit from standing back a little. The company has generated a lot of noise leading people to believe that financing is imminent. The Cicero feint was classic Pensana. But if finance was imminent why would they want to raise $10m bucks or whatever from the Angolans at 60p odd when $500m is just round the corner? And you’ve been around long enough to know the market leaks like a sieve, particularly when you have a mouth as big as PA’s! Yet the SP is going nowhere. So what does that tell you? What conclusions do you draw? Eloro is right to flag the forthcoming anniversary of the Norwegians. How on earth can a responsible company make such an announcement and then never utter the word Norwegian again. Are shareholders expected to just guess that that was another PA failed initiative? Do you accept that is what it was? Forget about charts, break outs, American holiday habits. It’s about one thing. Finance or no finance. Everything else is an irrelevancy. Does the company have a bankable project? Well you know what I think!!
Cheers Tony, I admire your continued optimism. August 31st will be 1 year since the Norwegians were engaged to progress debt financing and so far we are still no news regarding the funding being in place. I am not impressed.
As for folks speculating about my age, my age is irrelevant and doesn't change the fact that after 1 year we are still no further along in having the cash in place to complete building the projects here and in Angola. The question should be posed to PA how come he has time to run a 2nd company but still not able to secure funding for PRE? Folks can wait until judgement day and it won't matter if the funding hasn't been found to complete the building jobs. My age is a distraction. I have a job and a pension fund, so no need to worry about me. Focus on PA ongoing failure to deliver.
Eloro,
1. Analysis of previous Pensana rallies tells us that around 500,000 buys over sells over two weeks can move the share price by around 18-20p. A 1,000,000 share buy over sells can move the share by 36-40p. This has occurred several times in the past and we can observe it by following the top 20 nominee accounts. The reverse is true on selling.
2. The buyers have not arrived yet and a failure to break out today opens the door to the 50's. We are also seeing oil prices retreat. USA has a lot of sensitivity about energy prices in August as it is a major holiday month and the President wants its citizens to travel over the 50 States on the road and expend monies on their home based USA holidays as few people from overseas can afford the high USA currency to help that part of the economy. In essence Pensana has to fight through August like the oil energy companies.
3. Come September the winter contracts for energy go in and China oil distilleries buy and the whole energy sector usually rallies. Betting against Pensana becomes more tricky and a buy rally becomes more probable. COP27 also appears on the horizon, and any setbacks to get through this winter need to have an off set and Pensana has a stage again to present itself. Pensana has a tailwind rally as being more probable and a lot of credit might be earned through buying new Pensana shares or into its new Bonds and other companies like it to give something back to the medium term on the climate protection agenda. August is therefore the buy low month and the rally is the catalyst by someone who is willing to spend £600,000 on the stock with PIs following through on the rest.
4. Chinasyndrome may have looked at the maximum as he did when it was 60p in Sept 2020 and said it would go to $3 Australia monies and he got it right. Who knows what will happen in the coming months if Taiwan gets invaded or we have rolling blackouts through lack of gas here in the UK. Overall there is everything to play for. I am prepared for the worse and hoping for the best.
Finally if the price dips further and your holding your nose as you hit a buy button, you probably won't be alone.
All the best on a very sultry day. Tony
