A pretty “ordinary” RNS detailing joint broker and new company secretarial services.
Nonetheless, PA comments demonstrate the ESG focus of this company, how they intend to position themselves, not just from a outside view, but how they intend to sell the product and to whom. Cosying themselves up to relationships with their potential customers. These guys do things with intent and with an eye on the very long game. I like it.
Of course we all have our own opinions, so DYOR.
Have a great day everyone
Just had a cheeky top up at 36p . Should of went in hard when a brought at 22p rather than just dipping my toe in. Still, in 3 months time this will be far more costly to buy.
Just took the profits. Robbie I am not so sure.
Tornado, out of interest what exactly gave you doubt?
Tornado, I don't normally do a top up however I friend of mine works for Yasa Motors and there orders have gone through the roof.(shame there not listed!) some of the high end car manufacturers are using FOUR motors per wheel therefore demand for magnets will grow exponentially thus hopefully will significantly increase the SP.
I think there is little doubt the the motors and the magnets that drive them are going to be in huge demand for the foreseeable future.
The only question is who are going to be the preeminent companies in the supply chain. If demand increases as expected then all established players should do well until supply catches up with demand.
For me PRE is a decent medium term play with strong upside, but I am only a simple PI doing my own thing.
First clue is on the Fresnillo chat board. It does not take long to back that story up.
Second source also warned me of over egging the story behind Pensana who did a lot of research and they are well respected on LSE but that source is confidential.
Third this share is starting to behave as a pump and dumper.
Fourth was a few comments in the Crux interview that bothered me.
I could be wrong but a profit is a profit and I have experienced losses on AIM before. The advice touched the one doubt I was having. By all means make your ow investment decision, but you all know I felt uneasy and my position is now out. The share may rocket up tomorrow and I genuinely wish you all the very best.
Tornado, I appreciate you taking the time to answer, best of luck with your investments.
Hi Nberzins,
I think you make a valid point insofar that there will be a significantly rising demand for REM across the globe. Demand is likely to outstrip supply for many years and it will be a poignant moment if PRE can catch the wave of the demand curve increase. Other players will rise speculatively too, so the sector as a whole has a bright future. When you think that 650kg of Magnet goes into a 3 MW wind turbine, you get the idea that, with the massive increases planned in North Sea alone, there is huge demand coming on stream. Consolidate this with a supply chain requirement for all of the established car manufacturers whom are still playing catch up on EV, then we know the sector will Struggle to keep up globally, for an extended period. All miners in this space will float on the rising tide
i have to disagree - BKY stalled due to ecowarrior pressure and socialist spanish government stilfing enterprise and stopping permits. Despite that it is now almost back to decent SP levels and post-covid more likely that a job-creating centre right govt will push the permits through and production pipeline can resume. Pensana has an extremely compelling thematic and seems very well positioned for the current EV zeitgeist... plus the infrastructure setup at longonjo should keep capital costs low when extracting to serve all the chinese/US demand. i'm hopeful on both
May I suggest that you think twice about posts from those with vested interests in Big Oil, they hate Uranium and Rare Earths with a passion ! and will stop to nothing in their attempts to derail the 'Energy Revolution' . That Pensana is regularly the target of such negative comment should be considered as a measure of its potential threat to BO .
How TigerByTheTail can deduce that PA's direction of Berkley was anything but a success is absurd. The Salamanca Project achieved / exceeded all of the targets set during Paul's custodianship, That it was in the doll-drums following the orchestrated activism by the Loony Left can happen to any Company. When PA's stood aside to minimise the drain on Company resources, demonstrates the strong measure of his Integrity, BKY's problem is now nearing an end, you only need to look at their SP to see what he achieved in building its Fundamental value..
One man's loss is another's gain, PA's vision and his ability to develop a deposit/mine, now places Pensana in the box seat to be the next Major Rare Earth mine to get into production.
BKY sp flying in Spain on absolutely huge volume with $90 million in the bank and final approvals in sight. Lets hope PA can generate that same level of enthusiasm for PRE!
What's the realistic target SP we are looking in short to long term with some news expected in September reg reports of the ground minerals etc. Sorry what is the background on Fres and Pre related? can anyone share the details?
Based on listed comparators, PRE should be worth £500m to £1.5bn once in production. That’s at least 10X from here. These numbers can be found by personal research but were also mentioned in a recent video interview given by PA. Scroll back through this thread for the link. With the BFS and then funding confirmation, we should be well on our way by the end of this year. Could easily be £1 per share by then which is 3X from now. GLA
