Had a chance to load up this morning, good luck guys
But KMS is being sold cheaply at the very bottom of its market recovery. Bens not doing it for charity and he knows he’s got an absolute steal here.
KMS valuation even in 6 months is likely to be far far higher than this deals low price (& we don’t eve need the money now!).
Having saved the company I am not concerned about the 8% interest loan. Ben and family have waited years for POS to bounce back.
Nothing wrong with this, good luck guys
On the face of it a quite poor decision and not good for existing shareholders.
Very opaque and hence worrying pattern now of carving up the company for very cheap transfers to Ben.
They don?t even need the cash!
TBC
Exactly and whilst the revised £5 million - £8 million contract caught the attention of quite a few people the hidden gem which investors haven't talked up is the SLB deal commencing on November 10th this year. It's for an additional six years effective from 10 November 2023 (see RNS dated 10.11.2020 and 16.12.2021).
The SLB deal is worldwide and could be worth many millions to POS over the next 6 years. Fantastic. See RNS' for background....
Good luck, Brighty
There should be a logjam of contracts to be announced here
I suspect the director loan note will be wiped in favour of a return to divis
Quite right and no wonder Paul S is saying POS should be at 30p to 50p a share right now on its current order book alone and why he has also been an exponent of £1 a share on the back of any further additional big orders. Without a doubt this is under valued at 15p and should be at least 30p+ on the back of further contract gains. If there is another chunky contract then his £1 a share prediction will probably become a reality quickly. i.e. Lots of potential here ....
Good luck, Brighty
My buy is showing as a sell
Would be great today
Totally agree brighty1 new contract would be just perfect and catapult this share
Yes POS had a great today.....nice
15% up this afternoon. Another contract win or positive update from POS and this looks like it will re-rate back to the 30p-60p range of 2019/2020....
Good luck, Brighty
Oilfield services provider Archer has been awarded a multi-million-dollar decommissioning contract by Repsol Sinopec to execute the plug and abandonment (P&A) work covering 32 wells in the UK sector of the North Sea.
The $165 million contract entails the plug and abandonment (P&A) of 30 wells in the Fulmar field and two wells in the Halley field on the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS). This is a fully integrated P&A project, including well services and engineering, the removal of the existing drilling facility and the installation of a modular rig. The planning and engineering work is expected to start immediately.
>>> Frankly, this sort of work is right up Plexus's street & our sales team should be al over these types of growing opportunities...Look at below also:-
The North Sea oil & gas industry spent £1.6 billion on decommissioning redundant wells and infrastructure last year, more than in any of the previous five years, the latest report by the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) states.
The industry spent a total of around £8 billion from 2017-2022 and activity levels are expected to remain high, with about £2 billion a year forecast to be spent on decommissioning in the next decade, representing a “massive opportunity” to keep developing skills and experience in the basin and help the supply chain win lucrative contracts overseas, the Decommissioning Cost and Performance Report writes.
According to the report, UK suppliers are in line to secure around 70% of the work associated with UK North Sea decommissioning projects listed in Supply Chain Action Plans (SCAPs) lodged with the NSTA last year.
Actually if you listen to what Paul S et al have been stating quite regularly now, he is saying Plexus should be valued at 30 to 50p JUST on what it already has in the bag already with its special project order etc...
Any other additional orders beyond the special project should unlock his higher target to £1.
I think that's reasonable but underplays the longer term value possible here is sales team kick in.
Another contract RNS next week would just be awesome ....POW looking very good today NICE RNS today as well
Yes, another contract win or positive update from POS and this looks like it will re-rate back to the 2019/2020 share prices again of the 30p-60p range....
Good luck, Brighty
Death, taxes, Ria ramping and the most certain thing in life...Vast placings
Niknak222.....i hold free shares in here so can lose i bought at 4.77 on the 22nd august, so you can say what you like and see my history....yes i do top slice and take profits from time to time on the way up, as i would be mad not to. This is how i now hold free shares, i hold these free shares at 200 Percent profit, so say what you want, but i got in at the bottom and happy to see the rises, as the company progresses......jealously does not make you happy...be grateful of what you have buddy .....but up to you mate.
