Good move to gain £500k+
RNS answers the question. Sale of treasury shares.
Paul Scott has just sold his OTMP shares (after doubling his money with the buyout there) as he wanted to redeploy the money elsewhere. I don't now how big a stake he takes but I suppose it will be notified by a TR1 if it is a big enough chunk of the company.
Will see what it does to the SP in the morning.
Wow…..Late reported trade for £500k….. that’s almost 3% of the company. Price brought down to accommodate this buy maybe……

I do not mind a period of quiet and the sp sliding back. The run up was great fun but I would like to see a positive news flow including fresh orders to drive the sp back up.
Great content !! Plus update on Fridays RNS https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/small-caps-podcast-with-paul-scott/id1642339156?i=1000630540334

"This order generated revenues of £850,000 for Plexus in the 2023 financial year, which is a 70% increase on the initial estimates."
Of itself this is not unexpected but the RNS also suggests Plexus could pick up far more work in the decommissioning of oil and gas fields.
Expecting a bounce tomorrow, hopefully will hit 30p again
