Patience young Jedi!
"Ammo for M&A costs " "A director and former director subscribing" - there is no deal in play then as a Director is subscribing otherwise there should have been an RNS. As I said joke of a SPAC.
A director and former director subscribing - turkeys voting for Christmas? I think not.
"Ammo for M&A costs" - for another non deal prior to the next placing!! Joke of a SPAC

Very interesting link, I'm holding into suspension, could make a huge move when it comes back.
Could h2green.co.uk eventually slide into PNPL?

“…Could the arrival of such a well known figure within the emerging hydrogen sector, whose credentials include membership of the UK Government’s Hydrogen Advisory Council, indicate the future direction of this ambitious small cap?…”

Stay away from any tip from TMS. Total pump and dump charlatans.

Impressive liquidity here now.
Pnpl done really well,
Why would octopus energy want to by ppl
There have been issues with Octopus buying out 'Bulb' - delays etc. Maybe they are interested in buying PNPL !
Hufc1908,
Wise words from Zak Mir.
The new FCA rules increasing the minimum market fund raise and capitalisation threshold for standard listing from £700k to £30m, is a decision very much in favour of existing listed cash shells such as PNPL.
Feels very positive here …
Best wishes,

Pineapple Power (PNPL), and perhaps one of the mysteries here is why the stock has not been flying for some months now? This is for much of 2022 we have been in a cash crunch on the London market. Therefore, it would be logical to assume that cash shells should be amongst the most sought after and valuable vehicles on the market. After all, https://www.share-talk.com/traders-cafe-with-zak-mir-a-week-in-small-caps-saturday-12th-november-2022/
That Pineapple Energy news release was just yesterday though. A lot of bigger trades have gone in before that was released.
It could be people buying the wrong share after reading the news, it happens quite a lot. I've even seen it written about as a strategy.
Sorry different companies
Yes, it makes a change from the usual tiny trades.
Jlovie,
More accurate to say, 964,078 shares have changed hands. Even on a broker’s screen it’s imprecise: anything at mid price shows as a cross; below the mid shows as a sell and anything above mid as a buy. Regardless of the specifics, I view a transaction of that size in this Co as +ve.
WKR,

£34.71k sell, wonder if it was worked towards that. Still going up since so looks like maybe something happening.
Some bigger numbers going in of late. Could be something in the air! NFA
