Sae up 10% and phe up 0.5% just as predicted :-)
Ledzep. Lol let's hope so
Yes I would think your both wrong the shares are tucked away for a much higher price.
Dave:
I think you may well be correct about you talking complete rubbish (haha), as I don't think we've seen the back of the 7 million shares.
This is because the shape of the chunky sells don't appear to be originating from a single seller, in that, the quantities have been mixed and there have been rounded share numbers e'g. 1,000,000 and rounded financial numbers (net of commission) e.g £25K. Two different approaches.
Also, IMO, when dumping a sizeable quantity of shares, quite often the seller, from my experience, lets the sp breathe and recover a little, rather than chasing the bid down.
We could both be wrong and the option taker has stuck the shares under his/her mattress.
Patxaran. I could be talking complete rubbish. But what I've notice today was around 7 million sells in chunks straight the way after the RNS was issued.
As soon as we got to 7 million the SP bounced. Coincidence?
I've noticed it time and again with this share. We see a decline in the SP shortly before options / warrants are taken. These people sell the shares to pay for the options. But that's normal.
You can call it greed or great business but if you look at the list of directors / non exe who have left it seems they either don't want anything to do with the company or they might just want to retire. If I'm correct then the person has made over £200k today.

Never mind a CEO it’s some good salesman we need to spread the word of a great process.
Even with a minimalist business model, you still need a functioning business surrounding the IP which you licence out. If we can't even trust claims that a CEO appointment is in 'final stages', what can we trust? We had a year of hot air under TY, let's hope a new CEO brings a bit more honesty, even if the truths are hard.
Hopefully we'll get a CEO before FOAK but I won't hold my breath

I’m pro PHE. BUT if the SP is eventually going to take off like we think why would someone supposedly in the know sell so many shares at this rock bottom price I just don’t know what to think. There is I believe still a good few million of the 0.5 shares that the board can trade with. Dr A has the remaining figures.
If anyone thinks I’m talking ***** let me have your take on things.
Just watch the SP of SAE rise 10% tomorrow and PHE rise 0.5%, there's no winning sometimes :-)
Warrants do not give you Voting rights.
Shares do.
Exercising warrants early is good sign of things to come in case they need to vote on some deal etc.
I think thats it.... Its not nice but let's be honest we would do the same if you needed the cash. Nice little bounce to finish the day. Well done if you bought below 4p
Roughly 6 million dumped in chunks since the rns. They either sell the shares to purchase the warrants and drop the SP or dump the lot after purchasing them.
Hopefully we bounce as soon as they clear.
It's can't be Greenstreet as he would have had to declare it.
I honestly don't care about the SP at the minute as im in it for the long haul but it's bloody annoying.
Scratch that, sold the lot at SAE and bought back in here 100%
This HAS to be the bottom, right?
Sold some of my SAE at a 3% loss to buy back in here 9% lower than when I sold.
Can't deny that part of me was tempted to sell a larger chunk of PHE and buy back in Next spring when it might be at 2.5, but part of me knows for certain if I sell tonight, an RNS will be released tomorrow morning announcing a CEO and it'll close the day at 8.5.
52m options left by my calculations
We had 66m outstanding when I last checked but 7m of them were exercised 4th Oct and now another 7m which leaves us with 52m outstanding.
As for who is exercising them it has to be either
William DaviesNigel Fitzpatrick
James Greenstreet or
David Ryan as they're the only ones who had them at 0.6p
Though they don't expire until 2028
It all depends if they sell the lot tomorrow.
Bought at 0.6p and sell at 4.2p?? Not bad if allowed to do so.
7 million isn't much dilution but it will drop the SP if they're allowed to sell the lot in one hit.
Always remember James Greenstreet sold a load to pay for his warrants. The SP was bouncing nicely off a 7p support. He sold and we have never seen 7p again. Better to get them out the way now I suppose.
On the positive side, you only take options if you think they will be worth something in time to come.
It's not much but it's like a leaking pipe....over time it's a lot. We have over a year to wait. Lots of dripping possible. It's happened for the last 10 years. It's not going to stop now.
Not a massive dilution. 0.5%. How many more options do we have left to execute?
