Who's tec ,, what they mean is HUI wants electric and PHE want Hydrogen and there debating which one to use on this particular adventure in the EU !!
Grants providing after planning.
Howard White explains in his pod cast ,, HUI poland want Electric there bit conservative about Hydrogen..
Castle
Yeah possibly, I don’t think there’s a real issue I just wish they had pointed out the possible reasons for it a more.
I'm trying to work that one out also, I'm left thinking that possibly it's to do with planning application etc etc and
If the interview was meant to fill you with confidence I’m afraid saying there not sure whose tec there going to use yet was a bit of a surprise.
@Castlepaul13 There is no issue with patents. You are wrong on this mate, trust me:). The real value lies in the IP for which #PHE own 100%. The patents will come through anyway. I think the bigger and more exciting news next is the funding announcement for NH2. Keep your eyes peeled. https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/1043914/hydrogen-utopia-and-powerhouse-energy-ceos-discuss-joint-hydrogen-facility-in-longford-1043914

Good morning
Yes it is a rather large contract.
Powerhouse's technology and engineering expertise to be exclusively provided to National Hydrogen on a project-by-project basis across Australia, Italy, Switzerland, and Hong Kong.
The issue is patents , until our patents are water tight we don't want any one copying without consequence now do we !!
Next news patents exepted in the next few months then booooom .
Castle
I agree the euro patent seems a non-issue, but once this is put to bed I would hope we would see some real investors start to back PHE. Currently we are subject to low level investments which is why the SP fluctuates so much.
I'm personally looking forward to our first working site, this will be great for all the long term investors not to mention the removal of all that plastic waste and tyres (certainly reduce fly tipping)
@alkin Just wait till the funding news drops for the NH2 deal. I reckon it takes us back to 2p plus. I wouldn't even worry about the patent thing, it's a non-issue, IMO.
Depends if the string comes in a ball .
In that case how longs a piece of string?
The patent claim is with the EPO
I read it takes about 3 months if resolved by the IPO.
Jamal, the man hasn't got a clue as to what he is on about. Treat his posts with a view to comedic value and it will lighten your day.
'Patent news inbound' ? Do you know something we don't? The company is awaiting news on its patents but for all we know it'll come through sometime next year. A little Misleading if you can't back it up with anything substantial. Maybe it's just me.

A good re-start - it's all about momentum and more compelling news. This share was 9.8p in late 2020.
Agreed castle, the positives here now are certainly worthy of a second look for anyone looking for a good green investment.
I was also in eqt when phe and eqt were trading off against eachother, this has outgrown that sham company significantly, no debt, no egos , no constant dodgy raises anyd no 500k monthly cash burn.
PHE is the place to be 😊
