MARK!!! not Mary!!
Once again a personal response to you but I won't keep doing this! The Prague opening was absolutely worth posting on Facebook. We knew the store was going to open but great to publicise the actual opening. Indeed the phrase "experiential retailing" is one that Mary Pyrah has been talking about. There is now a huge need to improve the experience of going in to shopping centres to make it different to shopping online. PEL is the perfect company to be at the forefront of this. The Hamleys tie up is going to be of high benefit to PEL going forward, both from development of their own stores but also putting PEL in the shop window for other developments.
You really have it in for PEL. Very good Facebook post by PEL . Looks really good and shows the potential for experiential growth .
OF A MOVE BACK UP , Have noticed in the past with this share that when it start to move up , can move up more in the days afterwards ,nice to see more chunky buys coming in
Yes it's known about so they putting old news on Facebook and as for the buys today they will soon be cancelled out as is the norm for this and MMs will drop sp a bit more,we need rns news not two face book news.
John, Prague has been known about for a while. It is not RNS news. Facebook and Q&A on Paragon Website are attempts to keep informing people of developments in an informal way. There is not much more they can do. Get the business right and the sp will follow. Incidentally I see there are two healthy buys this afternoon.
very unprofessional to post company info on Facebook,i unfortunately am in tea and they used to post on twitter and look at the state they are in now,so come on PEL get your act together and get us a nice rns as the sp is sh-t at the moment and we need 100% rise just to get to the pre Xmas highs so not looking too good here. And apparently according to some posters we are in a much better position than before Xmas so what the heck is going on with this continually low sp and virtually no trades.
UPDATE ,Hamleys Prague ,
When they ready to release a rns them may be interesting to watch share price , when one looks at the progress at pel when looking at the face book page over recent months https://www.facebook.com/ParagonCreative
An RNS is only required for price sensitive information . Certainly does not mean they are not getting on with things . I imagine a closed period until results anyway
Hello Paragon is anyone there? I hope there sales force is better than their PR department. Please send us 1 RNS thats all I'm asking
If we don't get news soon and the fear of leaving Europe getting closer the MMs have an excuse to take this to under 1.
Hope you right because at the moment being invested here is sh-t.
I am personally convinced that PEL will be a hugely successful investment from this bargain basement price and within a year. We will have 2015 results confirmed late in May and once they are out more news will flow and with it PEL will come back on to investors radars . We will have a company almost certainly beating its own estimates going forward and being profitable on both EBITDA and real profit. Full workshops , learning the lessons of missing targets. Very strong Buy/ Hold imho
who sold today moved money to hnr has worked out well at this time for them ,they said they plan to return and buy more pel shares with their profits
PIs won't hold forever as thats how long it seems we been waiting for news,it's getting beyond a joke here now hearing how good this company is yet nothing happens so only a matter of time before the MMs drag it down as they are doing today on small volume of sells.
perfectly decent Q & A re-iteration of where they are. Certainly not ramping their own share price!! But this phrase I like ; We have work filling every department in 2016 and our client base continues to improve. We continue to evaluate how to manage our workshop capacity constraints most effectively; we have hired a further 15 staff and resourcing equipment and space accordingly to increase our capacity. - See more at: http://paragonent.com/investor-centre/qa-forum/paragon-quarterly-report-q1-2016#sthash.K16cX7fv.dpuf
at the current price and before news is a complete coward and / or very stupid ! Having waited this long it is crazy to sell unless you are desperate for cash. HOLD!! imho of course!!
I have re taken a position here over the past month or so as believe the company at £3m MC to be undervalued based upon the conservative 2016 EBITDA of £500k. I await the Q1 trading update here, if the directors prove that they are following their mantra to under promise and over deliver in their Q1 numbers and it looks as if £500k EBITDA will be exceeded then I will look to double up my holding here. The ball is firmly in their court. GLA
hunger games - hmmmmi need to buy in here soon We entered 2016 with a very busy order book. The Hamleys Prague project has continued into the New Year, and we expect to have further Hamleys projects running throughout 2016. The scope of works we are undertaking for Dubai Parks has been expanded and now includes work on ‘Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs’ and the new Lionsgate’s ‘Hunger Games’ attraction. This workload is expected to continue to be considerable throughout 2016. Majid Al Futtaim continues its rollout and we are now working on seven projects for them. 2016 has also seen us working for the Royal Armouries, a new restaurant chain, Zapp, as well as Fountains Abbey, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue, Engine Shed, and Chatham Historic Dockyard. In Q1 we have completed work for the Rolling Stones exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery, exhibitions at the Newcastle Centre for Life, Lions at London Zoo and Thomas at Drayton. We have work filling every department in 2016 and our client base continues to improve. We continue to evaluate how to manage our workshop capacity constraints most effectively; we have hired a further 15 staff and resourcing equipment and space accordingly to increase our capacity. You should note that all of the above information is already factored into our market forecast and these projects are simply done in the ordinary course of our business. Unless you read about projects in an RNS, the Board does not consider that these projects are price sensitive. - See more at: http://paragonent.com/investor-centre/qa-forum/paragon-quarterly-report-q1-2016#sthash.kiWMBKaI.dpuf
I think 2015 is 8.5 revs? But the excitement will come with above 11 for 2016. As Ian says, I too was hugely encouraged by the Board purchases at 1.6. Price after dropped as low as 1.15 but has bounced back nicely. Last year results were issued on May 26th (I think). We may get some forward guidance before then. With a market cap so low the risks are substantially reduced if enough interest can be created in the future potential.
Good man and thats my view also.
Yes, i'm in here. Fully expect it to be worth more than this in the fullness of time.
Some ups some downs Paul. Are you in pel? Wsg mainly down unfortunately but could all change on one rns.
Hello again, hope all is well. I'd like to think that the BOD have a pretty accurate view on the trading for 2016 by the time the update comes out. Until then, I'd expect a few small trades as people faff around, chase a few rainbows and shift stuff into their ISAs.
