Does anyone have any idea of how long this will all take to complete ?
So they’re buying DG Innovate at 0.60p per share? So as a minimum expect this to open up at least one bag?
All £600,000 loan now handed over, the BOD must be confident that this is going to get done. Looks to be a great deal that they have done with DG Innovate. Probably a much better deal for Path however DG will now have access to funding to take move this forward quickly and effectively. This has to be one of the best spaces to be in right now, I can see lots of bigger investors wanting to be involved. My guess is this will open above a penny and will move fast. I will definitely be holding mine for quite a while
A large sum of shares to be in issue...I hope the prospectus sheds light on the proposed MOD and other outlets for the sales expected, 35mil is a lot to recoup otherwise....standing back and observing, for now !!
Good afternoon TripodMan
I know from our conversation this afternoon (On WhatsApp) you meant to post your message on the other B.B. (the Italian Company) but I thought I would respond so that my position is clear to current shareholders.
I did fully sell-out before suspension. I tidied up four family SIPPs and disposed of anything (including dividend shares) if I did not think they would achieve a minimum of 100% within 12 months.
Over the past year I have withdrawn £69,000 from my SIPP and Mrs. Beekeepers SIPP (had an expensive wedding to pay for last month) and I am now at a position in life where I do not need to access funds from our SIPPs, and I can leave them to mature.
I correctly predicted that PATH would do an RTO (and I told several trusted friends about my thoughts on the prospects for PATH) but what I did not predict was that they would RTO at about 130% premium to the current share price.
I do not like being in a suspended share as I prefer to make my money work for me, but I was wrong-footed at the premium of the RTO.
I do hope the RTO is successful, I did a lot of research on Path Investments Plc and even met one of the Directors.

I'm surprised to see you back on this board. I thought you'd moved on?
Update
I had an almost instantaneous response from our Financial PR advisory firm, Tim, after I had emailed him this morning and he assured me that Path only received the TR1 yesterday just after 6pm and issued it as soon as possible (the next day)
As we now have a replacement RNS stating that the threshold was crossed in August and not July, then I unreservedly withdraw my complaint against Path Investment Plc.
As for Monecor (London) Ltd I will continue to correspond with the FCA to ensure that they adhere to the FCA’s Handbook Rules and issue the TR1 within the rules (they did not in my opinion)

FCA Complaints
I have made formal complaints to the FCA about Monecor (London) Ltd and Path Investments Plc.
Monecor (London) Ltd crossed a notifiable percentage threshold on the 12th of July 2021 and only informed Path Investments on the 17th of July 2021 which in my opinion is a breach of the FCA’s Handbook Rules.
Path Investments Plc receive the TR1 details on the 17th of July 2021 and only issued the RNS giving the Market the details of the change in the percentage threshold change one month later (today 18th August 2021) which in my opinion is a breach of the FCA’s Handbook Rules.
I have also made a formal complaint to Path Investments Plc via their Financial PR advisory firm.

Yes great.......this requirement to suspend and issue a new prospectus etc is one of the things the government has said it wants to get rid of because it is stopping investment in the UK tech area. We know the deal and the terms so why all this stupid red tape?
Hmmm,
Considering their prospectus very clearly stated they were focusing almost entirely on the O&G sector, this does come as a surprise. A lot of PI's will have been put off by their disclosed target sector. It should be noted that PATH have been to this juncture twice before and then the deals have collapsed so let's see if they can actually get this one over the line.

At last, its finally happening, exciting times here

Hopefully , exciting times ahead here
Have Spreadex had a little knuckle wrap from the FCA?
They only crossed a TR1 threshold yesterday and we know today!
If every you see a late TR1 let the FCA know and we will all benefit from up to date information.

RKB..still far too many discrepancies/unanswered questions for me to release funds to buy....at present. keeping a lot close to their chest. thanks for your input.
Just received a lovely email from Tim. I must say I am absolutely delighted with the speed of the response.
It still confirms that they' are focus on one opportunity in particular' and they 'anticipate updating shareholder in due course '.
So nothing changed from the RNS, except extremely good communications
I am impressed :)
Best wishes schalf
Wotcha Schalf!
I’m sure it will all good come in time.
Take a breath and enjoy the ride!
:-)
I emailed the company today, asking if the focus of the business opportunity that they expressed in their RNS is still current.
It's probably abit early considering it was only announced 8 days ago. However, I did ask if they would be announcing it as soon as the acquisition was completed.
Best wishes schalf
Good Evening ChateauMargaux82
On the Voyager Website we only have major shareholders who hold 5% or more, unlike AIM Rule 26 where it is 3% or more.
If you were to look at our current major shareholders, you will not see Eric Boyle as he is obviously a little under 5% but….
On the first Crowd Funding on Seedrs there was a person or company that took 1,333,200 shares which technically is 14.41% but we have Seedrs listed as having 13.8% or 1,279,745 and I calculate that Seedrs should have 2,821,044 shares.
So, the numbers do not balance, and to answer your question, about issuing a TR1, I would have thought yes.
Greencare Capital Plc did issue an RNS to say they were taking 268,817 @ 38p and this is about 2.91%
Looks like we will have to be patient and wait till our PATH BoD tell us what they are looking at, but from where I am sitting it looks like they are sitting on their, ……..

The question everyone is waiting for, when do you think we get an update on what the company invested in?
It did say it was focus on one company in particular and would update accordingly.....
I am going for Friday
Best wishes schalf
A question for those more financially literate than myself. If Path were invested pre-IPO in a company via a third party platform (just an example - Seedrs), and were considered significant holders (>3%) as a result of that, would a TR1 need to be issued by Path on that basis, despite that investment being made prior to an IPO? Or is a TR1 required only if there is 'change' in significant holding, ie if Path were to buy or sell shares post-IPO?
Thanks to holders for your advice.
Totally agree with you comments about RKB. Any newcomers would do well to read his posts on this and other shares he has posted on.

First of all, I am grateful to RKBeekeper for all his research......wouldn't be here otherwise......Big thank you .
The positive signs for me is when a company starts/has purchased all its deferred shares back...
That gives me the impression something exciting will happen, because there is a plan to increase profits and limit liabilities.
Also the low share price at present, is fantastic but not overall happy with the amount of shares in circulation ( but can't have everything).
Question
In regards to the share price, the company bought back all its deferred shares was that part of agreement/strategy?
Unfortunately, it's a difficult question to answer. Only the BoD will know that, maybe they will answer it after their next announcement.
Question
Will they then be buying back in order to reduce the amount of shares in circulation?
I personally think no, not yet .
I think with expectations and my exposure to this share, I m excited. There of course two paths for this share to take but hopefully both exciting as each other.
Goodluck all, best wishes schalf
Looks like some buying going on :)

Nicely pointed out !!
That nose of yours certainly sniffs out what most miss out .
Hopefully all will be revealed in the not to distant future .
Great to have you on board sharing your research.
Knowledge can be valuable.
If you had invested pre-IPO on AQUIS through Seedrs and their Crowd Funding Campaign, then you would have access to potential knowledge that could influence your investment decision.
If you understand Annual Reports and can dissect the accounts, you will have further knowledge.
If you knew how much cash Voyager Life had in cash as at 31st March 2021 in the UK and the USA, then you would have knowledge of a substantial Crowd Funding Shareholder. (Read previous post)
