This pretty much dead?
Not massive numbers....but virtually all buys!
Thanks Mickvick I've just got some more history from the other BB. It's been on the market around 3 years and done nothing basically. The new fund raise may bring something here but alot of it has vanished already in various fees. Someone (or someone's) has made alot of money on the placing expenses alone.
Looks a gamble on punters paying higher on solid news of something. Not taken a bet yet myself.
Hopefully they know something we don’t....
80K buy wow
Below 29. Punt of course but a lot of new money raised at 0.25. Lets see a couple of deals. Must have big plans .....
It was called niche group
Hmmm... should have waited a couple more days...
Bought in today at 0.31, small holding ,and see where we are in a few months. If placing was at 0.25 seems we may be near the bottom of the curve for now. Clearly, investors in placing believe there is opportunity here and will have sticky hands for the foreseeable IMO.
Does anyone know this company's history? I can't find much of a long term SP graph. Has it been listed under another name?
cheers NR
Robbing bas....tards
‘Path Investments plc (TIDM: PATH), the energy and natural resources investment company, is pleased to announce’.
I’m glad they’re pleased. Nobody else is.
diluted to nothing already
Perhaps you would like to share the logic behind that statement?
utter tosh.
The proceeds of the Fundraise will be used to pay for:
: the expenses of the Fundraise and Admission which are expected to be in the region of £534,000;
That's alot of money vanished already!
And how much is Mr Tulloch being paid?
On Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 2,029,463,802 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total voting rights from Admission will therefore be 2,029,463,802 ordinary shares. This figure above may be used by shareholders from 18 March 2021 as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Fully Diluted Share Capital (assuming all outstanding Share Options and Warrants are exercised) - 5,013,361,302
And no mention of a share consolidation, 3.5bn shares with placing and warrants
"The Company believes the window available to deploy capital is between 24 to 36 months from
Admission"
"Shareholdings immediately prior to Admission will be diluted by 86.4 per cent. as a result of
the new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Placing.
Furthermore, as at the date of Admission, the number of share options, warrants and
convertible loan stock that the Company has issued or will issue to subscribe for Ordinary
Shares is as follows: (the table basically says another 36% dilution once all warrants are cleared on top of the 86% already)
looking for oil & gas opportunities plus the 1.5bn shares plus another 1.5bn warrants... no thanks
How else would they have raised the £3.5 million for investment?
That's because any investment you make here will be diluted 75% once the prospectus is released... pointless. Keep an eye on it and once the extra 1.5b shares are in circulation then make up your mind.
very quiet.....
