It as a brave move imo.. I concur with you
Complete rubbish if that’s what Darren put out
I know for a fact of a major mining company that do not care about an exploration companies share price, it’s always about what is the quality of the asset and how cheap can they get it for.
Share consolidations like the one Panther have undertaken are simply to give CEOs who don’t create shareholder value more headroom to do future dilution.
I hope Darren proves my statement 100% incorrect but that would mean breaking his track record of the past few years which has been dilution while he gets paid.
Having spoken to Darren on numerous times its very clear why he has chosen to do the stock consolidation. They are on the cusp of some major drilling where the probabilities of finding commercial Graphite and/or VMSs is pretty good when you look at the data already in the public domain.
Despite what us investors think, the bigger boys will ultimately dismiss penny stocks just based on the price. Sounds crazy as it should always be Mcap thats relevant, and it is, but having the price up towards 100p puts the company in a much stronger position when the big boys come knocking, which i believe they will.
"I definitely consider it mere peanuts"
Quite, but it's a matter of principle. NVIDIA are doing a 10-1 stock split in which they will reimburse shareholders the residual value of part shares. I think Virgin Galactic are doing the same, too. It gives us an insight into how the board views its shareholders - as valued supporters or mere cash cows.
Definitely a risky move, not sure what to make of it.

I think thats a tad unfair. The company discovered 2 brand new VMS systems from only 6 holes... Yes thats right. ONLY 6 HOLES. Hitting commercial grade Zinc in the process... I don't understand how you would consider this anything other than top quality. There is alot about to start happening in Obonga
Dotted lake is a geophics driven program, they drilled for Gold and found it acrosss the entire hole, it just wasn't at commercial levels at this stage. But it was only one hole and it proves thier geological model was 1005 correct. Just more epxloration and drilling is needed
As for the data at Dotted Lake, there is no need to do anymore, Palladium One (Now GT Resources) have provided the model which has seen Glencore invest. Panther have the data and it stacks up against anything Palladium One have done. They are just waiting for the drill permit to get going, rather than spend needlessly on more geological information which is not necessary
Watch this space. This is a sleeping giant and the market won't be able to ignore it for much longer. Things about to get very busy
Tend to agree - he talks alot - was supposed to have a game changing shareholder value event last Aug etc but no hard information then or since.
What percentage of VMSs actually contain commercial deposits? not many
What has Panther really found so far? Is that meaningful? its something but not much $$$$
Does Panther know what it's doing?
Is this a geophysics led company?
Why has Darren not released Manitou assay results which probably came through in Feb? Darren put core photos on his personal twitter feed (not Panther) showing metallic deposits and vague statement about the geologists being very happy.
Dotted Lake is a prime example what's going wrong. PALM shared very limited geophysics with the market, not entirely clear what data PALM had or whether it owned the rights. Drilled for gold and found traces
Its quite incredible that little old Panther Metals has such a vast asset. Demand for Canadian natural resources is on a scale never seen before, its filtering into the stockmarket over there, but yet to really catch light here in UK, but it will soon
Near surface Graphite has already been found, and that was off just one hole. Their first hole. Now they have a drilling program lined up over summer, starting imminently i expect things will progress fast. Any sniff of a commercial hole and we have a multibagger on our hands here
Thats before we even start considering the VMSs, which have already been found at various locations across the asset.
It really is a monster. The market is sleeping on it currently. But not for long

"I expect the market to begin taking serious note of what's potentially developing within this company as the risk/reward profile decreases at the very moment the opportunities grow."
That'll be why the SP has dropped 32% in the last month, then. Laughable.

Less than £30k… was it necessary
Good RNS but you have to ask why this wasn’t done two years ago prior to drilling.

Nice rns out today for PALM and GILD good to see this up and may rally in the last hour
My reading is the project is worth 10% of the NPV ie £22m. Translating into a share price is tricky because Ltd will need more equity so it’s 5x undervalued not 10x. IMO the ultimate value to PALM is £1-2m which is still useful but not earth shattering.
Nicholas O'Reilly buying another £9,300 ... Darren anticipating a share price of A$0.23 (c.£0.12).
I've topped up.

I got this clarified last year to be honest
The things that stop Directors buying are quarterly and annual accounts being reported, any big deals or contracts that have been signed etc
Thing like about to start drilling campaign etc etc are not restrictive to directors buying
If they have multiple deals simmering in background that have yet to be officially signed, that also allows directors to buy
So i'd take it as VERY good news. darren has taken the opportunity after accounts published to add to his already large 5% position
Not sure if this is good or bad. Obvious signalling but an open period, not sure if directors can buy if imminent news.
Fantastic to see Darren buying more stock in open market now accounts are out the way. Good timing ahead of drilling in Obonga
He owns over % of company. It’s nice to be invested in a stock where the CEO has skin in the game and is motivated by higher share prices

Can’t believe that the Mcap here is around £5m… the up lift on the right news could be huge
It looks ready to test 6p. Maybe tomorrow?
Doesn't take much to move the SP....traders dream...but I'm holding a small stake just!
Darren has been over in Canada flat out with back to back meetings.
That may be why he hasn't been around to respond much recently. No doubt when he is back in UK comms will improve
Very surprised by your comment on not replying to emails!
Darren has always replied promptly to mine.
Have you tried ringing? He did say in a recent interview he was always ready to accept calls( but to maybe text first)

BHP historical reports
When the geos get on the ground (hopefully next week sometime) and confirm the historic reports of "abundant" graphite at surface, Panther will be off to the races imo.

Yeah, totally out of date
A few investors have raised this point and we've been told working on website at the moment
On PALM website though Spud:-
"DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
Darren Hazelwood 4,636,666
Dr. Kerim Sener 1,730,795
Kate Asling 100,000
Mitchell Smith 83,334
Simon Rothchild 666,665
Nick O’Reilly 416,665
Just for the record, Kerim hasn't anything to do with Panther UK now
The rise here at PALM is making up my loss today in one of Kerim's other co. .....AAU.....personally the merger announcement there today does not merit a SP drop...time will tell! Happy in both! GLA
Indeed spudtheplumber.....all going well here.....still holding and in profit...might even add soon...but got quite a lot on elsewhere! ATB!

They must be on the cusp of something massive. Otherwise there is no way someone of that credability and experience, with those connections would be interested in little old PALM
Top appointment that ,in at a low price
Nt to buy
Don’t think folk have clicked on how this is a massive appointment, remember a company getting Dana international ceo and it went from 0.5p to 39 p in a few months ,worth a punt ,why would they join ?

It is good news but the Pun... Messi is about ready to hang up his boots...the last swan song in the USA...
Lots more news flow and a little more interest which is reassuring for long term holders.....waiting for
a meaningful discovery :)
That is a funny statement. Very clever ha. Anyway the appointment looks top draw. Very impressed. PALM being put on the map
“Our appointment of Melissa “Mel” Sanderson, a global ESG powerhouse with the political connections and business acumen to develop the required diplomatic connections, is extraordinary. In sporting terms, Accrington Stanley have just signed Lionel Messi…”

Its not easy but as volumes are still quite low the MMs are trying hard to stop this spiking and going mental
Only probably needs 500k worth pf buys in smaller amounts and it'll be off to 6/7p in a flash
THERE IS NO STOCK ha

That really is quite promising. I also see the small caps in Canada, esp in the resource sector, are really starting to rocket. This is often a pre cursor to some big moves over here in the UK
Rio Tinto deal would send this multiples higher instantly

I suspect good news coming as Darren recently did a podcast where he was asked about funding, he specifically said they are funded for what they need to do for now. Getting some cash from Fulcrum Metals sales were a nice addition to the existing cash supplies
Also very little news onto why it's jumping up. Either some good news about to be announced or a pump before a placing.
Cynical? Moi?
Very little stock around

New ISA tax year. Small resource caps in Canada are starting to fly which is often the first signal of a change in trend
Panther Metals is trading at all time lows, oversold, low volume, depressed price but yet when you look at their assets in canada you have to shake your head
This traded as high as 17p in 2021. I expect we see multiples from the 3/4p area in the weeks nad months ahead

You mean he could not smack a cows backside with a banjo?
Dazzler still hunting for VMS's, conduits and conductors. If only there was a price/tonne for such things.
These graphite grades are modest - future drills need to be better and numerous.
I've never been convinced by Darren and was slated here by the pumpers for saying so a while back. The SP is the only scoreboard.
I'll stay on the sidelines. Thanks for posting the video Jimzi.
Thank-you Jimzi!

See, good news , cash raised in holder friendly manner and 63 shares traded. Something will push at some point
Dropped 10% on a 268k sell - its so illiquid that unless this is bought in the market, it don't move.
And no one is doing anything.
Peeps don't like stocks if you take a hit if for some reason you need to sell. [see CMRS - seller trashed it 50%]
If you get volume, it will trade normally.
Long term your fine - EV almost zero after investments
It’s just lack of news flow
Difficult to understand, then, why the SP dropped 25% at the beginning of the month and why there was no screen presence yesterday for this share.
Not invested but CEO seems to have the right ideas. GL
"todays" trade was a buy you plonker - see RNS holdings. How many cos hand back funding?
Be very careful imho.
I'm far more cautious about so called good samarirans drifting around the bulletin boards warning me and advising me to be careful.
Becareful, a group ramping this to then dump on you. Look at todays trade as proof in the pudding imho
Why would they give 150k back if they knew bad news was imminent? 🤡
