I too do not understand the product or even the company structure anymore , buy have been here so long it would be like losing an arm to sell ( at a loss ) now ?! good luck to you M the S , profit is profit .
I'm out at a small profit, simply because I don't understand the product. No doubt the SP will rocket. Good luck guys.
whatever it was,the sp is looking rather pleased.atm
shares coming into market tomorrow. 2.50p was the price. It's something to do with that imo. I am in good profit already but we will see how we go from here after tomorrow. I still don't understand fully regarding share issue so it's just a hold for me for now. There should be plenty of opp to top up once I fully understand the situation.
no idea m8,but an rns will be needed to explain something of that size. and yeah, blimey.lol
YEA , " blimey ! " What was that ?
blimey?
As i said in a previous post, the science behind Cronin is incomprehensible to me. More to the point is whether the science will ever be commercially important, and in what time frame. OXA - as it was - showed that it was clever at making one surface stick to another, but the commercial applications did not seem to materialise. Can we be more confident that this complete change of direction will do any better ? Looks as though i will have to sit this out for a few more years.
i'm ignorant on these matters but whoever is buying here seemed prepared to pay the ask at 3p so there may still be legs here.
There were a succession of £2K buys today, presumably to the same buyer, I know it's not Warren Buffet but let's hope they have some expertise that sees the new venture as worth investing in.
Just noticed this http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/alliance-news/detail/1440520280769772800.html
Incomprehensible
It's a bit like Dallas, shares have gone to sleep and woken up with a new name, Cronin. By the way if you Google Cronin 3d you get a lot of info about the company including a TED lecture on the potential of 3d printing in the drug industry.
Anyone understand the acquisition RNS. Looks like we are now a bio 3d printing research company as well as a high-tech coating company. Looks like they have dumped the remnants of the old Oxford Surfaces and have raised some more money via a placing. Words of two syllables please.
Got to come good soon imo so increased my holding yesterday.
This has gone back to sleep , eh ?!
Oxa will be exhibiting with KTNUK_Materials at LCV2015 - View the latest innovations in advanced materials! https://lnkd.in/egi3U8R
The website looks much more professional. They have a great product it seems but the increased emphasis on marketing seems brilliant. Slow but steady progress.

Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group PLC to be renamed OXACO PLC.
stay above 3p as we did when we crossed 2p. Next move in coming weeks could be 3.50p+.
Update on Oxford Advanced Surfaces Limited During the year under review OASL secured two commercial supply partners for its products. The first was in industrial coatings where the combination of our ability to prime hard-to-bond plastics along with our ease of use in the field was the only viable option available, and the second was in motorsport; a Formula One® constructor. As a result of this second engagement OASL has expanded its efforts in motorsport and its products are currently under test by several other Formula One® constructors as well as those involved in the broader motorsport industry. OASL has identified its key markets as automotive, aerospace, marine, defence, energy and industrial. Its most developed market is automotive, where its initial motorsport base has helped develop relationships with niche vehicle manufacturers and suppliers to bulk automotive manufacturers. Motorsport also provides an excellent launch-pad for the aerospace, defence and marine industries and business development efforts in these key markets is already underway. At the date of this report OASL has two further customers in scale pilot trials; one in the construction industry and one in composite materials development that would target the defence and marine markets. It has a further 20 live evaluations (mostly automotive and industrial applications) and is following up on over 55 leads. OASL also ran further scale-up trials during the year and significantly simplified its manufacturing process. As a result of this OASL has identified a suitable small scale toll manufacturer and the process is now ready for transfer to volume manufacture as customer demand increases.
going on behind the scene imo. There website is the best place to see what's going on. 4th June RNS: The Board of Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group Plc the AIM listed technology developer targeting a number of global markets including automotive, aerospace, electronics and renewable energy, is pleased to announce the appointment as a non - executive director of Michael Anthony Bretherton with immediate effect. Just reminding myself that this share traded at an eye-watering 90p pre-crash but over 20p as recently as 2011. So won't sell yet then.
