Sentiment, lack of interest, Bog all shares get traded, under the Radar, bag loads of other shares that are volatile and of more interest to your average Punter.
Cash balance? Are the directors getting this? I'm not.
Strong financial shape? The shares have fallen since last year. Why?
In conclusion, the end is in sight for our legal issue with LLC Taymura and I am confident there will be corporate news soon regarding Ovoca’s next steps. We continue to be in strong financial shape, with a healthy cash balance. I wish all our stakeholders the best for 2017.
Ovoca continues to pursue the recovery of its funds from LLC Taymura. The Company has advanced the legal process and is now in a position via the bankruptcy of LLC Taymura to recover as much as legally possible and bring this matter to an end. Management anticipates a resolution of the LLC Taymura issue by the end of 2017 - this could lead to $6.3m for Ovoca.
Costello did you some how miss Fridays RNS containing the FY results. If you don't read then stop moaning about the lack of communication
Absolutely nothing.
The last news was October.
As they need to publish annual report and announce the AGM. I am hopefull they might bother to address the shareholders in the annual report and give an indication of what their plan is to create some value here from the huge cash pile they have in Polymetal shares and cah. Don't hold your breath though.
Even OVG needs to give an update before the end of the month! I am sure this update will contain the minimum they can get away with as usual. I am surprised they can remember how to submit news to the stock exchange it has been SO long.
Lazy wasters. The dividends from polymetal the are going to pay the directors. This one's is heading for the cliff.
This one's heading in the same direction as xtr.
Costello follow your own advice.

Avoid shares in Russian companies.
Hear hear! You know is it worth investing in Russian based companies? Oops someone's just offered me a cup of tea and said "dos vdanyia". Did someone just mention Eur mining? Spasyebo!
The last newswire about this company from proactive was 2012!!!!!!Unbelievable!
OLI12, I disagree. The reason this is undervalued is the management's inability of unwillingness to do anything! The reason there are no RNSs is the simple fact that they have nothing to report. They take the POLY dividends and pay themselves. Otherwise there is no sign of life. You never know, one day they may shock us and come up with a blindingly brilliant deal. But the likelihood of this is low and the timescales completely obscure. So this is a punt for a minor amount of money in the hope it may do something in the next few years.
On a pathetic amount of sales. Still no reply from the company, hardly surprising given they generally issue a handful of RNS a year... most of which fulfil regulatory requirements like posting of results and notice of AGM. The potential remains however the reason why this is so underpriced is the managements inability/ refusal to update the market.
OLI12, I agree that this is highly undervalued. Probably the most undervalued on AIM if you factor in asset risk (very low here compared to most other AIM companies). But as always the problem is realising the value. Directors here are quite happy to reap the year on year rewards. Let's face it they can (and I believe, do) just do nothing all day and get paid a decent whack for doing so. They can probably block any shareholder action. At some point it would make sense for them to realise the value of the assets (when they retire presumably) but that could be years from now or tomorrow. The discount reflects the fact that the market thinks it is more likely years.
They should buy Damille's 5% and then offer to buy out the rest of us out. If they did this at 15p (which is way less than NAV) they would probably get away with it as the PI's here are bored of waiting. Directors would be left with cash, polymetal shares and assets. The cost of the shares they don't own would be peanuts vs the return
With reference to my previous posts I am still waiting for a response from the company. Given Ovoca issue around 2 RNS a year I did not expect a reply from them immediately. communication with shareholders is not even on their list of priorities. That said they still have unbelievable under valued assets which IMO could mean a re-rating here once management admit returning funds to shareholders would represent the best way (possibly only way) to create value here.
Yes. But your 4quid won't get you much. Student.
What communication? Had this for 9 months. Hasn't moved a penny. Absolutely nothing. Useless.
