It's a graveyard in here.
Must be soon.
I followed this last year and seen the up and downs then ups leading to the MA not being granted so just be careful you lot, I hope it works out for those willing to take a chance though and if it is granted then interesting times ahead for OVB and those involved.
If Ornetide is approved, this will fly - it will open up the possibility of licensing to larger pharmaceutical and bio companies as well it’s own possible production. The world market potential is simply massive - not quite viagra proportions but not far short. Initial target after approval 60 - after production/ licensing 300 - after bid 800-900.
Well I had half an eye open for a speeding ticket RNS today but none was forthcoming so hopeful that the approval news is about to land and I will look forward positively to what next week brings here.
The company's new INED has a pretty decent CV looking at linkedin - Merrill, Citi etc. And Ovoca has already added to her page
Holy palindromic largest 3 digit integers Bat Man. Yes Robin, I sense this is the work of the "Riddler".
999 incoming lol
Should approval land this will move fast ... very low market cap ... sp movement indicates news on way ...
It’s a tight float here with the Russians holding a large % so it moves quickly….
Still only 50 trades today which whilst it is 10 x the normal, just imagine if we get a few hundred by cob.
SP motoring now. This got into high 20s intra-day last year, may even have been low 30s. Hoping for a similar SP in advance of news
Can Buy f all
No brainer buying in here just now.
Good luck all holders.

The buying continues……
Hmmmm…. Something seems to be going on here what with the ongoing buying during this week and now these holdings related RNS’s just landing late this afternoon. We have a “retiring” NED selling off-book his 14.3% (11.6 million shares) to a new Russian guy who has just given a million quid for these shares. Intriguing……let’s see what the coming weeks bring.
And just noticed that those crafty MMs have hidden a 25000 shares buy this morning over on Aquis exchange….
Seems to be in play this week with quite a number of 10,000 shares and above purchases that have not yet attracted wider PI attention and so the SP has remained stable although the bid has ticked up to 12p today so it looks like the MMS now struggling for stock if this buyer wants more. Wonder if this buying is linked to Russian news that’s expected shortly (it is over 10 months since the re-submission) ?
Wonder what will happen to the SP in the final 2 months of the year as we await the Minzdrav decision. Currently the market cap is £10m, which is basically the amount of cash the company has on hand - and values the company's Orenetide asset as zero..
I guess their name derives from “ovocyte” which means “female sex cell”…..you learn something new every day….
sounds like that washing powder called Tide
Valeant/Sprout
Deal size: $1 billion
Date announced: August 19, 2015
It’s the smallest deal in our M&A mistake ranks, but Sprout Pharmaceuticals certainly made big headlines a few years back. The company won a controversial FDA approval in 2015 for its female libido drug Addyi, and one day later, Valeant swooped in with a deal.
The drugmaker picked up Sprout for $1 billion plus future milestones in what then-CEO Michael Pearson called the “perfect opportunity to establish a new portfolio of important medicines that uniquely impact women.” At the time, the company figured it could make the most of a first-of-its-kind treatment in what was expected to be a blockbuster field.
ovoca Bio doesnt have much competition out there at all with most female libido drugs failing and not doing well
