Ooh.. I am sad so I know a fellow sad person.choosing to go on lse st that time of the day to deramp a share that you supposedly don't hold.... oooh dear oh dear.....
One pile of s..t to the next while you pick up the tab. This is an old post from a poster on iii....but you'll get the picture. Is is very interesting to read back through old RNSs from our current management team. Apart from the huge sums of money spent, achieving, well . nothing. The two extracts below dont appear to have been reported on since the RNS dates, anyone remember anything? I ask because they dont respond to questions asked through their website. RNS 22/12/2010 In terms of the Company's non-European portfolio, Ortac retains a 77% interest in the Rio Paranaiba Iron Ore Project in Brazil, through our subsidiary company, Paranaiba Minerals Ltd. The Board is currently considering a preliminary exploration programme for early 2011 as a first step in seeking a third party funder and/or development partner. Ortac also retains 500,000 shares in Vatukoula Gold Mines plc ('Vatukoula'), which owns 100% of the Vatukoula Gold Mine in Fiji, a producing gold mine which contains 680,000 ounces of Au Reserves and 4.3 million ounces of Au Resources. This is following the sale of Vatukoula shares after the reporting period end, raising some 960,000 of additional working capital. The Board continues to closely follow Vatukoula's development and remains committed to extracting maximum value out of this investment for the benefit of shareholders. The current value of these shares is 1 million. RNS 07/04/2011 Rio Paranaba exploration licences to be transferred to a BVI registered privately funded vehicle, Paranaba Minerals Limited ('Paranaba Minerals') Up to $C2m will be raised from external sources to be used to rapidly advance the Project The funding is via a placement of up to 8,000,000 shares at 25c which provides a pre money valuation of Paranaiba Minerals of $C2.2 million Participants in the funding will also receive 1 warrant for every two shares exercisable at 35c Ortac will retain controlling interest with its 80% pre money stake valued at $C1.6m Ortac to retain majority board control of Paranaba Minerals Drilling campaign expected to commence imminently following the completion of the fundraising Paranaba Minerals will have a mandate to evaluate additional iron ore projects in the region - several assets currently being assessed as potential acquisition opportunities
Circa $25 mill has already spent on Casas missisi deposit.
Different days! Move on
Its a pity $25m (was it?) was spent on developing Sturec. We could have had most of Casa by now with that cash. :-(
We all have our views, mine is that below 3 is where one should top up, remember we changed board and raised money for a reason ie to be deployed in Casa and Zambia, both these events have changed the scenario, forget the past, we now have a great and clear future and we will re rate dramatically imo, in addition from a technical side this could target just above 5p as first stop and than in quick order the 8-10p area.
I am chuffed today but gonna wait a bit for a top up.
No women or shots in your boozer. What are yous all doing playing chess talking about the 80s in your lionel blares,Discussing otc.Sounds a scream fella.Agree with you slightly thou a lot of placing shares to be churned but patience and buying at these levels will prove very fruitful.imo
Dadsbatty is batty
Having a laugh at our expense? Thank you spot, you have just proved what most already know, you are just a wind up merchant and not to be taken seriously at all,nor that any one does lol.
Dont be bitter, but I guess you'll have to sell at a loss, because I dont think were going to reach your buy in price......and I use to be a star wars fan, not the recent stuff though.
In the pub and on here. What are yous star wars fans. You absolute donuts.Losers.
Casa going public would be big/good news, but only if Ortac have a larger holding than what they have now. Casa would need large funding to begin mining and raising this money will dilute excisting owners holdings....so Ortac need a much larger holding .
Sorry, having a laugh with some mates at your expence.
You post on BBs when in the pub!? Are you drinking alone or just being unsociable?
Best just ignore the trolls imo. Dont forget- no matter what the company do they will always bash. You cant argue with such a myopic view of a company and a share. Best not try and convince them otherwise. They will not be honest with views of why they are here so take it all with a pinch of salt imo. The posts did get more desperate when the sp went up recently so they seem desperate for the sp to drop for whatever reason. Dont fall for the bull**** imo as the reasons for posting here is nothing to do with saving pis from bulletin board rampers. Is it a boiler room scam? Check the histories and see. But Ive been doing these boards for years and the tactic of posting last thing at night and first thing in the morning on a stock allegedly they have no financial interest in arouses suspicions. I filtered the noise long ago and am sticking with this one
In the pub and not paying enough attention, but keep it coming as I having a good laugh
But me back on filter because you post utter garbage
You've had lots of news lads and filled the board with all your ramping today and we haven't seen it multibag like you were all posting not long ago. No point taking a dig at me just because called it wrong.....take 2.8 on Monday if you can get it because 2p is on its way.
Yep that's a lot of placing shares. Can't really argue with that.and at 2p!! But spot that fact does not change the other fact that you are quite ridiculous!!!
Completely disagree, this is only going up with the new board who finally has a clear strategy, ridicolous mcap and cash to be invested in our core African assets. Imo the fun has just begun. By the way do you own shares in OTC?
Cant see the sp going any higher, 1: many punters now releize this is going nowhere and much more money needs to be raised so they will sell at the first chance of breaking even and 2: Ortac now have millions more placing shares of 2p that have to be off loaded to pi's, so only a fool would pay obove 2p.
Let's hear your predictions. Couldn't shut you the fu up when it was dropping
And the c5mil volume discrepancy yet to be reported, I'd say a lot of placing shares changed hands today, most likely into more confident hands where they will stay. Great weekend all, Firwood
check out the after market buys there. Nice!
