It’s certainly taking its time! But I keep expecting it!
I hope it's not tOILet paper....
Seriously , does anyone know when/if this LOI is making a guest appearance ?
Or are you all guestimating/guessing/reading tea leaves?...
Personally, I am a patient type of person, so I can wait ..
As long as its here this week ffs
anymore of that and the market will have the humour police
knocking on your door
LO I , LO I what's all this then

Its LOItering around somewhere...
Yes Sam would be nice for some update on the Coal mine itself, its not required for 3 years
for the Power Plant Supply , so what are they planning other sales wise in the interim
With 1.1 billion tonnes on just 20% of the license in a region that is just one huge coal seam
from Bangladesh through India and Pakistan we must have shed loads to spare for others
until the Station up and running
Like , say the 3 commissioned power stations and one on site at Gwadar all being supplied by
expensive imported coal (just shooting the breeze but?) and new rail and road links to get it
to them LOL
I have 8 investments , 7 in the blue , between 4% and 25%....
1 share static 0.0%.....
Hurry up , get the coal dug
TS
pretty certain it was during my evening trawl on the 4th, most of Pakistan's new media next day
comes out around 9pm so i give it a look and also check the PPIB/CCOE/MOI/PM sites for any
early heads up's
HFB ok with you on that one thanks, where did you pick up the 4th update ? i read your post at the time but I was checking that page everyday up to last friday 7th and it still showed 21st may,

The LOI/LOS used a lot around the world and think just tomato tamato semantic stuff
seen as Interest/Investment/Intent the other Support/Security/State Support
but all have the same meaning in the process, the LOI in Pakistan usually issued with the NTP
which to many, is more important in meaning, together giving permission to both build the
project and arrange financial default support and off take agreement with Government agencies
Think the market will finally have to wake up as this also signals the end of a Project in Conception
to a Power Station being built with Governments full support and future off take payments guarantee
at the moment if all fell on the floor and we just opened a coal mine for other sales that alone would
create revenue many many multiples of our market capital , patience as you say
all elements of the project from coal to urea worth billions each over the 30 year (and upside) mine life
big correction has to come at some stage market capital of £14M is beyond a joke

PPIB was updated on the 4th I posted it on the day here and twitter as posted earlier the only
way the maths makes sense is if PPIB/CPEC coal power plants in planning are based on 2 x
660 each for 1320mw for us and Shanghai
the other 3 being the listed 2 x 330 and 1 x 300
Taking its sweet time to issue the NTP/LOI last time no urgency 90 days Nov 2017 to 12th Feb 2018
we are now based on 3rd Apr rns submitted 3rd week March (15-21st) 142-149 days into it
The fact all the media and Gov statements referring to 7 more COAL to be built by 2024 seems to leave no
doubt we are in that equation and at the timescales we have been expectingpre
Hoping news very soon as all indications in the local press JCC imminent and also a breaking story that
President Xi Jinping's trip is now being planned for September GLA
Thanks , should have read it more carefully.
HFB, hanks for reply, have not been on computer over w/e
noted your comments and dont disagree with them, I see this morning ppib site appropriate page has been updated to 04 august but as you said no change for orcp.
one thing that has bothered me for some while is that on that page if you look under the heading acronyms it states LOI = letter of interest not intent, to me there is a very big difference between intent and interest, I know all references to loi by the media and the company always uses intent which is puzzling, your thoughts on this.
I also note you have been busy this morning, i'm a real ale man who likes a single malt, quite like Laphroig, very peaty, one of my favorites is Highland Park, have several bottles on the shelf behind me so lockdown not a problem, keep up the good work.
Best ts
Sine the announcement late last week for new Renewables Policy up to 30% by 2030
Many news and magazine articles have had statements saying still leaves the plan for 7 more
coal power stations in place to be built by 2024
if you take the official list here and take the 2 x 1320 as both 2 x 660 mw that makes a total of
the magic number 7 they keep referring to
The math says we are IN
